Not good
I found these to be sort of flimsy compared to the expression med stickers. They didn't go on nearly as nice and the edges rolled up and it looked dirty because the edges caught all the fuzzies from my shirt and sheets. It also in NO way helps the sensor stay on. They had a weird texture that just felt cheap. I ended up throwing them away and reordering expression med ones for more money.

Other brands are better
Got these due to the price but they don't last thru 1 shower. Other brands last over a week with showers daily. Thin and color is weak

STICK ON LIKE A CHEAP BANDAID
These do NOT stick well. Every time I moved my arm it would come up on the edge. Do NOT recommend.
