These ginger snap alternatives are incredibly tasty, holy cow! Very easy to indulge and finish an entire bag, but I dig the small size to keep my serving to just a handful. I appreciate this brand for existing and providing low to no sugar versions of sweet treats. Stuff yeah!

Great flavor and consistency. I used these to make a pie crust for a low carb pumpkin cheesecake. It turned out delicious and was the best part of the dessert. Price is a bit high for the amount of cookies you get, however. Needed all three bags to make the one crust.

These cookies are really good, they do feel a tad bit too sweet but they are delicious and crunchy. You can definitely taste the spice. Overall happy with them, would order again.

These cookies are so disappointing! They are very expensive--three small (2 ounce) packages in a box for about $11. They're very small, but I could live with that. The biggest problem is that they are supposed to be "ginger spice." They do have a slight spicy taste, but it doesn't taste much like ginger. Although they are low in sugar per se, they have quite a bit of alcohol sugar (i.e., erythritol).

The cookies are tasty & sweet, but they don't taste spicy. The butter flavor is good, but I don't detect much spice at all. The flavor is very mild. Not like a gingersnaps at all. This "Ginger Spice" variety has a bit more crumbs and cracks more easily than the Vanilla ones do. If you like a Very mild sweet spice cookie, this will do. If you prefer spicy gingersnaps, then this cookie will disappoint you.

I was looking for a ginger spice cookie. I was happy HighKey made one. The have great flavor and texture. I am guessing they are a seasonal thing but I hope they are available all year long. They are a good value for a keto item and I will buy them again.

So the flavor of these cookies are great, and a really good way to have a little healthy holiday vibe. However; the serving size (8 cookies, 2 servings per bag for a total of about 16 cookies per bag) is inaccurate. Of the 3 bags I received in this bundle, two had 8 cookies, and one had 10. These are already expensive for what you get, but this severely undefiled bags make it obvious that I can't buy these again. High Key did me dirty.
