I have a very hard pulling Husky, so I felt I needed a leash with a padded handle. I have had this for 1 month and used it several times and I am VERY satisfied. Quality construction. The short loop handle is a great addition and the length is perfect. I highly recommend this leash.

This is the third and probably final leash that I will ever purchase for my Siberian Husky mix. The first I purchased from petsmart and it wasn’t long enough and because she is so strong she was pulling too much. Second leash was just purchased as a back up and still used occasionally just to transport from home to car.This leash is by far the best and I no longer have to worry about her pulling because it has the training handle which is great! With my first leash she pulled so hard it did some damage to my elbow and it hasn’t been right since. I never understood the importance of a good quality leash until I wasn’t able to move my left elbow, arm and shoulder for a few days due to her pulling while on the leash.This leash really is great I love the shorter handle it’s very convenient when walking and approaching a curb and or main road to slow the dog down. It gives perfect control.I can’t say enough about this leash and I highly recommend it.

This is the second one I've bought. The first one lasted 5 years. The handle is comfortable to hold. The swivel on the hook makes is nice and the extra loop to grab on the lower part is great. Very sturdy and nice.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am so pleased with this purchase I felt compelled to do so. Let me start off by saying I was reluctant to make this purchase, as I needed a really reliable/durable leash for my new rescue dog with very poor leash manners. The price was so low on this leash I was concerned it may be poor quality. I decided to take a chance on it anyways and I am so glad I did! It is amazing quality all around, I love the reflective details for safety at night and the rope even has a bit of an elastic-feeling "give" to it when my dog decides to lunge on the leash (we are working on it...). I also love the shorter traffic handle this leash has, which makes it very easy for me to keep him at a "heel" while training and working on manners. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend! I will try to snap some pics and post as well.

Depending on who you ask in our family this is either a 4 or 5 in our family. Everyone loves the clip for the doggie bags. The extra handle at the midpoint is great for hold a strong dog when you stop to chat to someone. Very well made. My only issue is my hands are small so the handle feels too big to firmly hold, however my husband kids do NOT have the same issue (bigger hands than me). Overall great leash, well made. Husky female.

This is my third purchase. The last one I had lasted over 3 years. Very easy grip and loop hole to hold the dog closer on walks is great. Overall feels ergonomic and easy to use. Quality is great, did not break down or tear.

This is a fantastic leash. I like everything about it. The padded handles are so soft and comfortable it enhances the pleasure of walking my dog, but even more so the ability to either keep him close to me or let him run at a distance of six feet from me represents a great choice, and I exercise both options a lot.The way the leash is put together is excellent. The layers of soft material make for flexibility, while the reflective stitching provides a feeling of safety when walking my dog at night. It's a very strong lead, and can take the pulling my dog gives it. It should last for a very long time.Finally, the contrasting red and black colors make this a smart looking leash.All in all, I am very satisfied with it.

This leash is amazing. I have a 70 pound, 10 month old German Shepherd puppy and was looking for a sturdy leash. Being that this leash is a double handle leash is a bonus. Puppy has 6 feet of leash when walking and exploring but I can quickly grab the shorter handle for more control when passing another dog, car, squirrel, blowing leaf or whatever gets her attention. The handles are padded for extra comfort which is a plus if you have a dog that likes to pull. Another little extra plus is the extra D ring near the handle which can be used to attach dog poop bags, keys, etc. This is a strong, sturdy, durable, functional leash and at this price is a real bargain.
