Nice quality and professionally made. The company was great – when I receive the package before Christmas one of the glasses was broke and after contacting the company, they remade the glass and sent it.

This product was a gift for my son who was changing his last name to his father's who passed away not too long ago so getting there engraving of that name on it was truly special. I was highly impressed with the quality of the product as well as the Box that it came in, it was such a great quality, ALL GLASS, no plastic stoppers, it was PERFECTION, THANK YOU!!!! I bought this customized decanter set for my dad on Christmas. Overall this product is not horrible I do feel like it was a good price for what I’ve received but it is disappointing that the quality is not the greatest.Upon arrival I noticed that some of the aspects of the etched design was not fully engraved properly. now it is going on a couple of weeks since Christmas and my family has notice that glass has gotten into their skin due to this product being improperly made.My concern is this is a safety hazard and it is uncomfortable to have glass in your hand every time you use this decanter set. For anyone seeking to buy something like this as a gift focus on the quality over the quantity. I bought this because of how many single glasses (4) they offered along with the decanter but it was definitely not worth it.

I ordered the decanter, glasses and whiskey stones with the bag. When my package arrived, I was missing the glasses and stones. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and quick to send me the missing items. Though the decanter was smaller than I anticipated, everything seems very well made and the quality is great. They are made from thick, heavy glass and the personalization looks amazing. I highly recommend ordering this.

I gave this as a present and it came just in time for Christmas. The craftsmanship is great and the box it came in was solid. It was a beautiful present to give and they were super happy when they received it.
