These masks are great and they’re all very moisturizing. I have rosacea and my face tends to be very sensitive particularly when it comes to certain products but only one of these masks caused redness for me.My favorite is the Low ph PHarrier mask, I loved everything about it.When I took the mask out of the package one fell out, I was confused because I didn’t state that there were two masks inside the package. I noticed one was mesh and the other was a regular mask with the serum. The instructions doesn’t explain the mesh mask and doesn’t mention there are two masks inside the package. It only states to make sure the mesh mask is on top then peel it off and discard which made sense in the other mask package. The mesh was under the mask and it definitely helped to apply it to my face easier.On separate occasions, I left them on for 20 to 30 minutes then discarded and massaged the essence into my face.Cica cooling maskThe mask fits well but I trimmed it between my eyes so it would set on my nose and forehead properly. There’s excess material at the top of forehead and air pockets at the sides of my eyes causing it to not sit flat where crows feet would be located.I felt the cooling sensation which feels like menthol but it wasn’t bothersome to me. The sensation lasted after I removed the mask even when the essence had absorbed. My face was flush on my cheeks and nose afterwards but I as I mentioned, I have mild rosacea so I have to be careful with what I use on my face. It didn’t burn, it was just more red than before using the mask and subsided after about 5-10 minutes.The essence absorbs into the skin well and doesn’t leave a sticky feel once it’s fully absorbed.Overall, it’s great but I wish that there was a better description as to what it’s purpose is other than for irritated skin. It should state helps with and what it’s safe for. Some examples would be if it’s safe for minor burns such as sun damage or chemical irritation from products, or acne prone skin, etc. these are all important things to know when purchasing a face mask because irritated skin is a broad statement.Low ph PHarrier maskI love this mask it made my face feel so soft and smooth. There was plenty of serum on the mask and it absorbed into my skin afterwards. My skin looked smooth, refreshed and had a subtle glow. The mask was slightly oversized it had extra material on the side of my face, on my forehead and below my chin. I trimmed the mask between my eyes so that it would fit better and lay flat on my forehead and nose.This mask did not irritate me at all. It was great, I loved this one and would definitely buy a pack of them!First Cooling MaskIt didn’t irritate my skin, it was cooling when on and left my face hydrated afterwards. No complaints.

I have eczema so these are definitely a nice way to calm down inflamed skin sometimes. The cooling mask felt amazing during a flare up but it did cause a bit of inflammation afterwards which was a bit disappointing. Usually cica does an amazing job with redness and inflammation for me. So this one mainly just dealt with initial symptoms more than the underlying cause which isn't the best I guess. The pH and other cooling mask felt very hydrating but I didn't notice any major net effect from using them. Beyond all that, it's a nice way to test out things but with my high hopes for the cica mask being a let down, not sure if I'd buy more of those specific masks. The other pH and cooling mask I can see being really nice as part of a whole routine so for those specialized cases, these could potentially work wonders for you.

My skin isn't sensitive at all and I had a bad reaction to these masks. When I applied this to my skin, it started off cool, and then it started to sting. I do not know what caused the reaction, I made sure I thoroughly cleansed my face prior to mask use and everything. I would like to give it a 5 but I never had a reaction like this before, my skin was rashy afterwards.

This pack is lovely. My favorite is the First Cooling Mask because it actually cools. I kept this on for 30 minutes and the cooling starts to gently build up, but never gets uncomfortable. It kind of feels like a menthol cooling feeling, but there is no menthol in it and it does not get super tingly and intense like menthol tends to do. It genuinely feels cooling vs tingly if that makes sense. I did notice that the cooling was a little intense if I kept this on my lip so make sure to avoid the lip area if possible, it was not bad but some people might not enjoy that icy feeling on their lips. These have a faint scent, it is a pleasant almost floral/bright smell but you will not notice it after a few minutes, it is just a hint and I love the smell. It smells really clean. The cooling really lasts for a good while after you take the mask off too. This would be great for hot flashes or after a day outside to cool down. I am very impressed. The Cica Cooling mask was about the same, a little less intense, and I have not yet tried the pH mask but am excited to.
