I upgraded to this from my 3rd Generation Kindle (!) and it blew me away.Love all the features my previous device didn’t have: built in light (adjustable brightness and warmth); touch screen; weight; battery life… have yet to find fault with it.

Being a fan of Kindle Paperwhite for almost a decade I decided to upgrade my old KINDLE p/white to the new model. No regret! Perfect reader with a larger screen and large memory. Highly recommending

Great product. Delivery was fast

My first kindle and I like it. Happy with my purchase.

It was working fine until it wasn’t. Last week while fully charged, it appears to have rebooted itself. It’s now stuck on the boy under a tree page. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting instructions on the Amazon site. To no avail. Well, almost all the instructions. The final instruction, related to the device being completely frozen, is to go into the menu and do a factory reset. Who writes these instructions? They are literally talking about dealing with an inoperable device, and they tell you to do the things that you obviously can’t do because the device is inoperable. Plus, their website seems to be designed to stop you from getting any kind of online help at all. Not friendly. I’ve trawled the internet and this problem is VERY common. For this reason I can’t recommend purchasing a device which randomly stops working when less than 2 years old, has been treated with great respect, and which has no support from its manufacturer. Very poor, Amazon, dry poor indeed. PS I am an IT professional with several decades of experience. This is not user error, this is poor device/software design.
