Good quality

I want to start off by saying that this belt is stiff but that is what makes it great.You should have no fear of this belt wearing down anytime soon. I am 6 foot 3 and weight 200 pounds(very lean, about a 33 inch waist. I was skeptical as to which size belt to order but I went ahead an order the A3 and it fits amazingly.The stitching is top quality and for $19.99 how could you possibly go wrong?A recommendation I'd like to make is to look up the "Superlock" knot because it works wonders for this belt. The Gracie family has a bunch of very helpful videos ranging from the proper ways to tie your BJJ pants to tying the perfect Superlock knot for your belt.I hope this helps you make the right decision for yourself

Wow! This belt is rough, tough, and it don't take mess from nobody! LOL. I love this belt! Yes it is stiff and sturdy, but that is why I purchased it. If you get the belt at the proper length, it should be no problem to tie it. My belt stays tied and doesn't come loose any more than any of the other belts I have had (blue, and purple with two different companies). Overall, the length, durability, and style of this belt is exactly what I was looking for! My advice is that when you get it, wash it, then begin twisting it from the ends up to about where you normally start to tie the belt. Do that many times and it will tie much easier.

After reading the reviews I expected this belt to be hard like card board. Not at all at case. The belt is thick, but still quite flexible. it is easy to tie and stays on tight. I washed it once, then rolled it up and twisted it (same thing I have done with every new belt) and it was perfect right after. The color is a bit magenta'ish and not so royal purple like in the photo but I am not bothered by it.The reason for one star off:This might seem a bit petty, but I am taking a star off because the product is slightly different than the photo. I bought he purple belt, and in the photo the Venum tag is a square black and white patch. In the product I received, it is a red and white pentagon patch. I really prefer everything I wear to be as simple as possible. The extra color is not appealing to me. i would not have bought it if I had known it would come this way. Unfortunately, I washed the belt before discovering the discrepancy so i don't want to send it back.Please, advertise your products appropriately.

Quality is amazing - but like all Venum products, don’t put it in the dryer or it will shrink drastically!

I wear an A2 Gi so I got the A2 belt, but it is very short and tough to tie. I wear 34" pants. I would get an A3 next time. The Gi I have is NOT a Venom Gi so I probably should have checked Venom's Gi size chart first, where I am an A2.5/A3. After dealing with this small size, I'd say you should round up if you fall at a .5 size. I'm living with the small size I purchased for a while since I am at least able to tie it.
