Doesn't taste as good as Thomas's English muffins but they are 1/3 the calories Alittle pricey but if you need your muffins for breakfast or a sandwich and eant to dave 100 calories these ate good

It's a low carb, low calorie bread products, so of course my expectations were low. On the upside: no weird, unnecessary sweetness common in other similar products, or aftertaste caused by said weird sweetness. Downside: strange texture and pronounced sawdustiness. Can't say that I recommend it, but it IS low carb and low calorie.

Smelled musty when they arrived although according to the bread tie they had a week before their best by date. Tasted edible but only that. No food enjoyment whatsoever. Drier than the desert no matter what you put on top. Completely unsatisfying and utterly disappointing.

Wife loves these Keto English Muffins. There are not many options available for keto friendly English Muffins and even though, these taste great.

if keto/low carb/high fiber/or low-calorie foods are for you, BUY these. I miss real bread products, and these are as close as you will find to old school (bad for me) English muffins. I loved my first batch so much that I now order them on a regular basis. The key is getting the toasting just right. So worth the effort and the price. Toasted muffins, breakfast sandwiches and eggs benedict??? yes please!
