I was forced to give it one star not even worth half a star. Biggest POS! The big roller was better but it was hot to grab and it cools fast so the wax wouldn't flow well. The little roller was worse. Not worth the cost at all! Now I have something I had to use to know it sucked so can't return it. Total trash! Messy and not worth it folks. You'll want to stick with the old school GiGi wax warmer and wooden sticks or whatever the heck they are called.

It’s a great product and I love GiGi brand wax as that’s all I’ve ever used. I think it’s a bit high priced. I was able to get both armpits and my legs from knee down done with the bottle that came with it. I just don’t like the fact that once your about half way through the bottle of wax it cooled down a lot and I had to reheat it and it cools faster then when it’s full so I had to reheat multiple times. Maybe that’s normal? I don’t know as this was my first time purchasing/using a roller wax.

Not simple to use but works with my unit that plugs in; uses it for personal health

If you are a regular waxer, this is a good product to have on hand for those times you can't get to the salon. It's pretty easy to use and the quality of the wax is decent. The downside is, no matter how careful you are, some product seeps out and the container gets really sticky. The roller also seems to get a bit clogged and doesn't roll well when you are about half way through the product. And it's not a matter of the tempature, even when the wax is hot and a consistency that makes it easy to spread, the roller doesn't work as well as when the product is new/full. Overall, I would buy again.

The product comes with very little to no wax which I would expect but it does not fit any other size, one bottle wasn't even enough to get a single leg done. The product becomes hard very quickly making it impossible to remove and the wax remover from this same brand toesnt remove anything.

This product didn’t really work well for me at all. The wax never got hot enough for me to fully experience a good wax. I used this on my armpits and It didn’t roll on well at all. For the legs it isn’t so bad.
