plenty for intermittent power, would not rely on for extended power
The grid is terrible where I live. Spring rain is enough to cause intermittent power loss for like a minute at a time. I got this as a mini backup generator for my room. there are plenty of outlets on this to power a bedroom, thought you might need an extension chord or 2 depending on your layout. It can run for about 40 mins under idle load (A computer in browser, a few monitors, a router and modem, a fan, low draw stuff like that.) plenty of time to get your business wrapped up or saved. Gaming on the other hand will get you 5 - 20mins depending on the game you're playing. Enough to prevent interruption from intermittent power but not enough to keep gaming on no power. I wouldn't let it run to depletion, Its like a car battery. once its depleted, its never gonna recharge the same. I'd call It quits at 5 mins left. Also it does make a noise when the back up kicks in. A like car batteries, if you're gonna disconnect the unit for days or weeks at a time, disconnect the battery, it still have some idle load on it with nothing connected. Over all excellent purchase! 5 star

Information: Multimeter Reading Low, and Why
Overview: - Apparent re-boxing - Low multimeter readings - PowerPanel Software APPARENT RE-BOXING -- So, first thing I noticed when I got this unit is that it had been re-boxed at some point. This should not be the case, because Amazon informed me this is a NEW PRODUCT. However, it was clear the tape on the LCD screen and the tape on the unit's own box had been removed and replaced at some point, leading me to think someone at Amazon Fulfillment had opened the box. That wouldn't be the first time Amazon has sent me not-quite-new items. I bought a keyboard that had scratches on the INSIDE of it, as well as a motherboard that was missing pieces. You get the idea. That is not, however, a fault of the unit, nor the company CyberPower. -- I will add that I was under the impression batteries were to be stored and shipped in a non-full state. That is NOT the case with CyberPower's units, and the batteries come fully charged, and should be stored fully charged. LOW MULTIMETER READINGS -- Due to believing this UPS unit was not brand new as Amazon had assured me, as well as having read reviews about low voltage output, I decided to put my accurate but 40-year-old multimeter to the test. Now, there is something you have to understand about multimeters, and I'm going to make this as easy to understand as I can, without myself being an expert. WARNING: Anyone who knows the proper terms and complexities of electricity, I am about to make you wince with my explanation! Now, moving on... There are two kinds of multimeter these days, to my knowledge. Average-Responding multimeters, and True-RMS multimeters. An alternating current (henceforth known as AC) typically runs as a wavy line, called a sine wave. It's very symmetrical-looking. But AC, when being interacted with by certain things, say a CyberPower power supply unit, will produce non-sine waves. What that means, is the wavy line suddenly doesn't look as smooth and symmetrical as it does in other places. But it can still carry the same voltage. This confuses your typical Average-Responding multimeter, and it spits out an inaccurate number, one that is typically lower. A True-RMS multimeter can take the numbers from even non-sine waves, which is what this unit produces, and give you an ACCURATE voltage. -- In short: I plugged my 40-year-old multimeter into the unit, it read 91.8v, and I contacted customer support. The tech told me I needed a True-RMS meter. I had NO IDEA what that meant, the tech didn't explain (fair enough), so I ended up having to learn it on my own. Now I know that the unit is fine, and not actually running a low voltage- my multimeter just isn't fancy enough. POWERPANEL SOFTWARE -- Alright, so I'm actually quite fond of this piece of software. I won't go into great detail, but I'll give some examples: the software allows you to monitor how many watts you're using, how long the battery will run should the power go out, and events that have occurred. It also lets you enable or disable the alarms, monitor how much you're spending on what's plugged into the unit based on your local power company's kWh rate, as well as giving you the ability to schedule when the computer should shut down. There's a fair bit more to the software, but that would take a bit too long.

Working great so far!
Been looking into a UPS for some time now since my surge protector has been showing signs of failure recently. Came fully charged & was pretty easy to setup even though it is a bit heavy. My PC has an 850 watt power supply & it seem to run on it just fine. Also tested it by turning off the outlet I have it plugged into to simulate a blackout & it worked. With my 40 inch TV & my PC & USB powered hub plugged in I get an average of 20-25 minutes while gaming to 50-64 minutes on standby. Price of this one is good & has lots of nice features. Also seem to be regulating voltage better than my surge protector did. I used to have to ocasionaly press my paper button on my PC more than once to turn it on but that problem went away. My only two complaints are it has a slight plastic chemical smell to it but this is only noticable if you get very close to it & the outlets are a bit too close together so even though it has 6 battery outlets I only can plug in 4 to 5 things into it.

Setup is easy, good display panel & works as advertised
Easily setup with batteries at full charge when first powered up. Performs as expected and display panel is clear and legible. Did download the Power Panel software (personal version) and it works well on my Mac Mini Pro. Plenty of outlets but orientation of some plugs is less than ideal. But everything is hooked up and power flowing. This unit replaced a 6-year old 1000 w. Cyberpower UPS that finally gave up as battery failed. Ordered new battery and will use that old unit with other equipment.

Good, not great, affordable
I've been using CyberPower UPS systems for many years. Historically I've had one for my computer and accessories, and one in the living room which is mostly to keep our wireless router running when there's a power outage. They have all of the features I need, but...longevity has been a problem. This one was a full replacement of a unit whose internal battery was replaced a year or so ago. For whatever reason it just stopped working, and no amount of probing around for problems was going to fix it. Then we had a power outage and the one in the living room lasted about 10 minutes with minimal load before it was drained. I started hunting for another new battery and eventually decided to spend a little more and get a Lithium unit instead. The CyberPower replacement batteries are rather expensive and they don't seem to last that long. We'll see how the lithium unit does.

Reliable Backup Power and Protection – A Must-Have for Home & Office!
I recently purchased the CyberPower CP1350-1500AVRLCD3, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) provides consistent power backup and voltage regulation, making it an essential addition to my setup. Key Highlights: ✔ Excellent Battery Backup – This unit gives me ample time to safely shut down my devices during power outages. It’s perfect for protecting my PC, modem, and other sensitive electronics. ✔ LCD Display is a Game-Changer – The easy-to-read screen provides real-time information on battery status, power load, and estimated runtime, making it effortless to monitor. ✔ Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) – Fluctuations in power can be damaging, but the built-in AVR ensures that my equipment always receives stable power. ✔ Plenty of Outlets – With multiple battery-backed and surge-protected outlets, I can safeguard all my essential devices without worrying about overload. ✔ Quiet and Efficient – Unlike some UPS units that make noticeable noise, this one operates silently in the background while providing dependable power backup. Final Verdict: If you need a reliable, well-built, and feature-packed UPS, the CyberPower CP1350-1500AVRLCD3 is a fantastic choice. It’s great for home offices, gaming setups, or any workspace that requires protection from power disruptions. Highly recommended! ⭐ Rating: 5/5 ⭐

A great replacement for my previous UPS
This UPS works well, and is a good upgrade to my previous UPS device (which strangely never started again after carefully I changed out the then-current battery for the brand-new replacement, no matter how closely I followed the manufacturer's advice). This CyberPower unit has a couple more power sockets then the deceased APC unit, and has a surge suppressor for Ethernet cable, which is more important to me than the 'phone wiring surge suppressor in the old unit. There's also a USB port (and included cable) that lets me connect the UPS to a USB connector on my main computer, and without installing any software a control panel lets me adjust the parameters for computer and/or display sleep under mains power vs. battery power. The front-panel screen is easy to use, although I haven't bothered to make changes to the more advanced features yet. Apparently I'm drawing so little power from it (although I have at least 18 devices powered by it) that the display shows a power draw of zero watts / zero load and a runtime on battery of 450 minutes. Clearly that can't be completely accurate, but it's good to know that I've got a reasonable uptime figure on the battery-backed outputs. I chose this model partly because the taller/slimmer form factor is a good fit for where I placed it (where its predecessor was), on the inner floor of a desk cabinet with floor-to-desk height. There's enough airflow (I added a fan long ago), even with the door to the cabinet mostly closed. I tend to leave the equipment it's connected to turned on, and most of it goes into low-power mode after a period of inactivity. Although the UPS's display is set to dim after a while, the UPS isn't really going into sleep mode, which I gather would starve some of my active gear of power and cause abrupt shut-downs for the computing devices, so I'm leaving it that way. I haven't needed to contact the company's tech support folks, and I hope I never need to. I hope that this unit lasts a good long while, and won't expire when the battery needs to be changed. I have an older/smaller CyberPower unit, for which the recent battery change went flawlessly. So far so good, and I hope it stays good.

Not Compatible with wall outlets that provide 115V 50Hz!!!
The reason I'm giving this UPS 1 star is that it never worked as intended. After receiving it, I left it charging for about 4 hours (even though the instructions recommend at least 8 hours) before attempting to turn it on. When I pressed the power button, it emitted one long beep followed by two short beeps, and the LCD remained completely blank. I checked the battery connection, and everything was installed correctly. I then left the unit plugged in overnight, but the next day it behaved the same. At that point, I concluded that the battery was likely dead on arrival. The surge-protected outlets work, but the battery backup does not, so I essentially paid for an expensive surge protector. In hindsight, the problem may be related to the electrical supply in my country, as I do not live in the U.S. My outlets provide 115V 50Hz, while this UPS is designed for 120V 60Hz. If you're considering buying this unit, make sure your local power supply matches the manufacturer's requirements. That was an important detail I overlooked because most electrical products I've purchased from the U.S. have worked without any issue out of the box.

Work as expected and good compatibility
Great. It is easy to install and open to use. The driver compatibility is good, as a Windows PC can immediately recognize such device and have Windows built-in driver ready. It is quite novel to me to see a battery icon on the task bar for a desktop PC rather than a laptop LOL. When wall power is normal, the device is completely quite. It is quite noisy and making a transformer like noise when unplug from wall. From my knowledge this is the nature of inverter circuit.

Great investment to keep your devices safe from energy spikes
Works well to run my large screen tv, PC, Printer & stereo long enough to shut everything down properly when the power goes out. It's great for balancing the electricity that comes into the house in my rural area. I'm sure it has saved many of my electronic devices with all the spikes we get here. I love the big power button. I don't need to fight with it to turn it on and off. Very happy with it.
