helped protect my desktop a few times
saved my stuff in a blackout. works great. had it for 3 years and still has reserve power. it's heavy so it leaves a dent in your carpet. let me turn offy PC safely instead of it going out during power outage

Reliable UPS for Protecting Critical Office Equipment
We use this CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD3 UPS in a professional IT and office environment to protect workstations and network equipment. Setup was straightforward, and the unit was ready for use immediately. The LCD display is clear and provides useful real-time information on load, battery status, and runtime. Power delivery has been stable, and the UPS has performed as expected during outages and voltage fluctuations. The number of outlets is sufficient for multiple devices, and the USB ports are a useful addition. Overall, this is a dependable UPS that meets our business requirements for power protection and system reliability.

A great replacement for my previous UPS
This UPS works well, and is a good upgrade to my previous UPS device (which strangely never started again after carefully I changed out the then-current battery for the brand-new replacement, no matter how closely I followed the manufacturer's advice). This CyberPower unit has a couple more power sockets then the deceased APC unit, and has a surge suppressor for Ethernet cable, which is more important to me than the 'phone wiring surge suppressor in the old unit. There's also a USB port (and included cable) that lets me connect the UPS to a USB connector on my main computer, and without installing any software a control panel lets me adjust the parameters for computer and/or display sleep under mains power vs. battery power. The front-panel screen is easy to use, although I haven't bothered to make changes to the more advanced features yet. Apparently I'm drawing so little power from it (although I have at least 18 devices powered by it) that the display shows a power draw of zero watts / zero load and a runtime on battery of 450 minutes. Clearly that can't be completely accurate, but it's good to know that I've got a reasonable uptime figure on the battery-backed outputs. I chose this model partly because the taller/slimmer form factor is a good fit for where I placed it (where its predecessor was), on the inner floor of a desk cabinet with floor-to-desk height. There's enough airflow (I added a fan long ago), even with the door to the cabinet mostly closed. I tend to leave the equipment it's connected to turned on, and most of it goes into low-power mode after a period of inactivity. Although the UPS's display is set to dim after a while, the UPS isn't really going into sleep mode, which I gather would starve some of my active gear of power and cause abrupt shut-downs for the computing devices, so I'm leaving it that way. I haven't needed to contact the company's tech support folks, and I hope I never need to. I hope that this unit lasts a good long while, and won't expire when the battery needs to be changed. I have an older/smaller CyberPower unit, for which the recent battery change went flawlessly. So far so good, and I hope it stays good.

Reliable Backup Power for Work From Home
This portable power backup is compact and easy to use. The display is clear and the ports are convenient for different devices. I work from home, and power outages used to make me lose part of my work. During storms or even hurricanes, not having electricity meant I couldn’t keep working. This has been an excellent solution to keep my setup running and avoid interruptions. A very useful device if you depend on reliable power.

Reliable Backup Power and Protection – A Must-Have for Home & Office!
I recently purchased the CyberPower CP1350-1500AVRLCD3, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) provides consistent power backup and voltage regulation, making it an essential addition to my setup. Key Highlights: ✔ Excellent Battery Backup – This unit gives me ample time to safely shut down my devices during power outages. It’s perfect for protecting my PC, modem, and other sensitive electronics. ✔ LCD Display is a Game-Changer – The easy-to-read screen provides real-time information on battery status, power load, and estimated runtime, making it effortless to monitor. ✔ Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) – Fluctuations in power can be damaging, but the built-in AVR ensures that my equipment always receives stable power. ✔ Plenty of Outlets – With multiple battery-backed and surge-protected outlets, I can safeguard all my essential devices without worrying about overload. ✔ Quiet and Efficient – Unlike some UPS units that make noticeable noise, this one operates silently in the background while providing dependable power backup. Final Verdict: If you need a reliable, well-built, and feature-packed UPS, the CyberPower CP1350-1500AVRLCD3 is a fantastic choice. It’s great for home offices, gaming setups, or any workspace that requires protection from power disruptions. Highly recommended! ⭐ Rating: 5/5 ⭐

Confusing App, Great Product.
WHAT TO KNOW!! DO NOT install power panel business. install power panel PERSONAl. I installed business, it was very confusing and did not work. power panel personal is what works wonders for me. Also note that the USB ports are also controlled by the UPS. I was charging my phone off of it, and ran a test on the UPS to see if the timer delay I had inputted worked, and it did sure enough. It turned off my computer on the dot, alongside my phone. How my phone knew to turn off is beyond me. Also make sure to plug a monitor into the battery side, because if power goes off then you can't really save your work if you can't see it haha. Review: Works very well, has ample amount of outlets on the back, is quiet, love that I can see the realtime wattage, runs for plenty of time. I see people complain that it only lasts so and so minutes after years of ownership. For one, it's lead acid, for two, it's not a battery backup, its a UPS. Know the difference!

Some things I learned about this UPS - perhaps similar for others 1. The 6 battery backed sockets are very close together. The same is true of the surge-protected outlets. I ended up purchasing 8" extenders so all miscellaneous-sized plugs would fit. 2. The first power outage was at 1:20 AM. We didn't need ongoing internet at that hour, so I powered off the device to save battery. Unfortunately, when I did want it on at 7AM and there was still no hydro it would not power on because there was no hydro. For now if this happens, probably the correct step is to remove the external load and leave the UPS on. I'm also going to test to see if a cheap inverter plugged into the car will give it enough for a kickstart. Perhaps as a last gasp I'll get a small generator to get it going again. 3. The UPS does not power up automatically when power is restored if has become off, whether manually turned off or run out of battery. This requires human intervention to manually power on. In our case, since we stepped out while hydro was down and the UPS off, things like our internet did not come up until we got home, meaning we had no remote access to cameras and other household electronics. The workaround in this situation is to temporarily relocate router plugs to direct hydro outlets. 4. Not UPS but the "PLUGTUL 14 Gauge Short Extension" cables that we ordered had a small lip around the plug that had to be partially trimmed off before they would sit side by side in the UPS sockets. When the power outage occurred the device showed there was an estimated 180 minutes of run-time. After I removed my laptop it went up to 280 minutes. Plugged in: Broadband router, home router, wireless hd and home phone. In the end I gave it 4 stars because there was no way to power it on without external hydro.

Works well to run my large screen tv, PC, Printer & stereo long enough to shut everything down properly when the power goes out. It's great for balancing the electricity that comes into the house in my rural area. I'm sure it has saved many of my electronic devices with all the spikes we get here. I love the big power button. I don't need to fight with it to turn it on and off. Very happy with it.

I purchased the CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD3 UPS in Canada, expecting reliable surge protection. Instead, it catastrophically failed internally, simultaneously frying the CPUs in all three connected servers (AMD Ryzen 7 5700G x2 and Intel Celeron) – no external surge or outage affected anything else in the house. This points to a defect in the unit itself.Worse, CyberPower's "Connected Equipment Guarantee" is a nightmare for Canadian customers. They demand shipping the heavy unit to Minnesota, USA, at my expense (~$100 CAD + duties), refusing any accommodations like prepaid labels, local testing, or even removing the user-replaceable battery to cut weight/costs. Claims Manager Shelby was unhelpful, rigid, and dismissive, repeating warranty terms without escalation or flexibility. The process feels designed to make you give up. Avoid CyberPower if you're in Canada – poor product reliability and abysmal cross-border support. Go with APC or Eaton instead.
