This mop was easy to assemble. The handle is very sturdy. It rinses and wrings mop pad well. Pads are removable and washable, eliminating cost of disposablepads . Cost efficient Excellent,. product. The concept is great problem is the handle is made of aluminum but the piece that rotates and gets all of the pressure from pushing while mopping is thin plastic and square for some odd reason. So when you push it bows out feeling like it's going to snap and because its square it is a hassle to rotate and gets stuck. Was going to return it but no return option on the order page! 😡 update: received email from the company saying they were going to refund me for the purchase, didn't see a refund so contacted them again was told it would be processed that day, still giving 1 star because I have yet to see a refund and it's been atleast 6 months!

Purchased for hardwood floors. First unless you use your bathtub or have an oversized wash tub this mop fits no buckets I own! The plastic post from the mop to the handle is flimsy and weak, you must be very careful with the pressure you apply while using this. I already know it is going to snap and break before I get much use out of this. The mop works but this company did not put much thought or quality in manufacturing it. Considering returning this item

Love the idea and the cleaning, but the handle seems a bit flimsy. It hasn't broken yet, I've had it a month. It really cleans well, the tiny tabs they give you to put the cloths on are inconvenient and a bit difficult to put on. It would be better if they were deeper. It is so handy to be able to flip sides, saves stopping and rinsing. I wish the handle were a bit sturdier and a couple of other tweeks and it would be perfect! .

Easy for quick cleanups but the "microfiber" cloth doesn't pick up like my other microfiber cloths that I use stuck onto a "Swiffer"-type base. I love that I get twice the cleaning by turning it over for two surfaces and that I can rinse and "squeeze" out the water without using my hands. Very easy to use, just wish the cloths picked up pet fur better.

I use this mop 5 times a day in my dog room. I really didn't think it was going to last and it has held up really great. My room is on the medium side and I rinse it quite often in between, the room gets lots of dog prints and dirt.

First, I don't have a rectangular bucket long enough to accomodate the whole mop, so rinsing half then the other half was a pain and messy, dripping water all around the bucket. Second, the wringer on the handle is wide and makes it difficult to get under low furniture; if it's not flat and at the right angle, it doesn't twist well with the handle to get the right angle. Third, the mop head swivels as you mop, often in a direction you don't want it to go. Going back to my spin mop, it might have only half the coverage area as this, but doesn't miss half of what I need to do!!

Hands down best mop I have ever used!!! I have a very large kitchen area and it was always daunting to mop my floor now I get it done in 10 minutes it’s amazing.
