Dare I say this is the best camera bag ever made for hiking....? I do, in fact, dare say it. The 34L is a large bag when you purchase the additional cube insert for the top you can carry a TON of camera gear. OR go without it and just use the waist belt pouch and have a huge capacity for personal items. I'm a professional photographer and also a father. So when I hike with kids I plan on carrying some of their things as well. This bad is perfect for that. I can carry a families worth of snacks and layers PLUS still have extremely easy access to my camera. There really is no better, faster, or more convenient way to access you camera than this series bag. I loved it SO much I bought the smaller 22L as well.

Als Hobbyfotograf und Bergtourengeher war es zumindest mir nicht möglich einen Rucksack zu finden welcher den sicheren Transport einer Fotoausrüstung möglich macht und trotzdem die Mitnahme von so wichtigen Dingen wie Wetterschutz und Proviant zu lässt. Jedenfalls war es bisher nicht angenehm zu tragen. Genau da aber trifft der Mindshift ins Schwarze. Sicherer Transport der Fotoausrüstung und schneller Zugriff darauf ohne den Rucksach abnehmen zu müssen. Genug Platz für Ausrüstung und Proviant. Dazu noch angenehm zu tragen. Das macht sich bei Bergtouren stark bemerkbar wenn diese etliche Stunden dauern. Für mich bisher der perfekte Rucksack.

I bought this to travel and do some landscape photography deep in the Alaska wilderness. I love this bag as it is incredibly comfortable for longer hikes especially when I tend to bring too much stuff. It hug pretty well and being able to slide to grab my bag is very handy.
