I bought 2 styles, both in large, to test in my bralettes, with the goal of finding pads with the MOST lift. For reference I am 36c (usually med-large tops/bras). The “heart” shape was my fav and definitely the more dramatic of the two. (The other is “massage” kind- still good but less lift)Honestly, if it were up to me, I would have it even thicker. But this product still gets my 5 stars on account of being FAR better quality/lift than the old bra pads I have falling apart. I was so stoked to revive my old bras, I used to stack 2 normal pads. About to order even more! The sewing seems very nice and sturdy as well.Shoutout to the review that referred to the heart shape as “obscene 80s style lift”. I saw that and immediately knew which I needed to choose 🤣TL;DR- ‘triangle massage’ gave lighter lift and ‘heart shape’ gave fuller lift. Both are great but depend on what you are seeking. I am 36c and the larges were perfect for my bras/boobs size.

These are convenient to insert, and they are comfortable, but I have to wear two in each slot because they are a bit thin for me. It's still a great product.

I bought these inserts specifically to go in my all time favorite sports bras (for small chested women) - the Patagonia Barely sports bra. It is truly the most comfortable bra I have ever worn in my life and I bought 4 of them, but they have one fatal flaw - the pads are SUPER thin and insufficient to keep things G rated when it's cold outside. Just because I have small boobs doesn't mean I want my nips standing out! C'mon Patagonia!ANYWAY, I bought these pads for those bras and they have been absolutely wonderful. They are just the right thickness so I don't have to worry, they wash PERFECTLY and they fit in the Patagonia bras really great. Plus they'd be easy to cut to fit if they didn't.I would definitely recommend these inserts if you have a similar problem! I have washed and dried them in the normal cycle with the rest of my clothes many times now and they always come out looking and feeling exactly like they did when they went in.I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else! Love love these! Postpartum 3 kids. Used to have c-d boobs but now am a sad b-c (some of you mom ladies you know what I mean!) These are really nice to force some shape and cover the nips in my workout tops and bras. Super glad I bought these. Wish clothing brands would already put these in their tops where there are inserts already.

I have fallen in love with padded bralettes over traditional bras, but the pads get eaten up in the wash after a few cycles. I replaced a few of them with these and find them to be much more sturdy and durable. They don't seem to fold over on each other either, so there is no need to constantly readjust. I intend to replace all of my bralettes with these as the original padding wears out.

these inserts are perfect; i have a bra i love but it is too smooth and thin and doesn't give the coverage i need for close fitting sweaters and tops. these inserts give that bump-free look i want.

My sports bra inserts fell inserts fell apart. Thought I would try these. I am a 36 A but per the measurements to my current inserts I got the bigger size and they are perfect? Excellent quality and fit great!

These seem really great, but they are larger than the measurements advertised, so they're too big for the bathing suit I had in mind and now I have to find another pair.

After reading reviews about the inserts not giving much lift, I was doubtful of how effective these were going to be. I'm pleasantly surprised!I am a 34B cup and my current swimming costume made me look quite flat chested. I have sewn these cups in as you can see from the picture and now they give me a natural looking lift. In the final picture you can see the right hand side has the insert sewn in whereas the left hand side doesn't.Hopefully this helps with choosing if this product is right for you.

I wear Genie bras, but the pads usually wear out before the bras themselves, so I need new inserts.The first thing that struck me about these bra inserts is the overstitched edges. My usual pads just fall apart, with the outer material coming away from the foam, but these should not do this. They feel of great quality, thick, but not too padded. I wear a size 12, and they are a perfect size, I'm not sure they would be suitable for large busts.They were easy to insert into my bra and stayed in place the whole time, unlike a recent pair of inserts I bought that shifted and creased constantly, so I had to throw them away. They hide any nipple pointing and were comfy. The neutral colour means that they are suitable to insert into any colour bra.I have not washed them many times yet, but so far I am extremely impressed. If anything changes, I will update my review.

Ich hatte mir diese Pads bestellt, weil sie, wie auf dem Bild eindeutig zu sehen ist, noch einmal umnäht waren. Mit nichtumnähten habe ich keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Als diese Pads jetzt nach langer Lieferzeit ankamen, war ich enttäuscht. 0815- ohne eine zusätzliche Naht. Sowas nervt, man sucht sich ein Produkt aus, welches so ist wie man es möchte, nimmt eine sehr lange Wartezeit in Kauf und dann bekommt man etwas anderes als bestellt und abgebildet.

I have previously purchased these bra inserts and they were excellent. The second set I ordered a year later are thinner, poorer quality foam and clearly nit the actual product.The brand name is topbineThe second set I ordered had topbin embossed on it, so would appear to be a cheap poor imitoveing sold at higher price!Please do not buy this product as you do but get what you should!

I have a large bust . When wearing T shirts I would be very embarrassed if my nipples shown through . This helps to stop that and I don’t feel so insecure about wearing tops with out patterns anymore
