This safety clip is a must have if you use a harness for your dog. I had no idea how easily a dog could slip out of a harness until it happened to my dog. It was while I was walking him. He got his leash wrapped around a street sign and pulled himself backwards through the harness. Thankfully, I managed to grab him before he got too far. But to make sure something like that never happens again, I’ll be using the safety clip to attach his leash to his collar from now on. That way, if he does manage to back out of his harness again, I know at least the safety clip will still be attached to his collar and keep him from running off.This safety clip also looks to be well built and is the perfect size for my small 15 pound dog.

Great safety

Good product it allowed me to easily connect my dog's gentle leader to his collar should he slip the leader. Sturdy construction actually higher quality construction then the leader itself I definitely recommend this.

Id recommend anyone getting something like this if they use a prong. this one does the job just fine. it’s built decently, and weights very light, although it’s not cheaply made. my dog has popped out of her prong before and it saved us.

I use this safety clip for my dog’s leash and collar. She is reactive (about about 60 pounds) so this little safety clip goes through a lot. I haven’t had any issues with it and adjustability has been nice since I recently switched from a harness to a collar
