Oooowee that's good!
Tangy and tartly sweet, this cranberry extract is perfection. I use it to enhance the flavor in recipes calling for dried cranberries. Cranberries alone can be okay, but adding this extract makes the taste AMAZING. It's great for dessert ices and as an addition to punch. Have a care using this solo in cooking or baking. The cranberry flavor can weaken with heat.

Taste is great.
No artificial flavor aftertaste. Smells like mint. Tastes like mint. Bottle size is good. We haven’t used this for baking but I have no doubt it would taste great. Potency is good. We make a Texas modified mint julep and this product tastes like fresh green mint out of the garden, but much simpler! Highly recommend.

Not what we expected
I rarely write negative reviews as I know, as a manufacturer, how damaging an unfair or unwarranted review can be. However, this product has broken that rule for me. I bought this product to add an hazelnut flavor to the coffee from our Jura espresso machine. We had made the mistake of using a high quality hazelnut flavored bean that was slowly killing an expensive machine. After two services, we were told not to use flavored beans as they are oily and block up the grinders. I bought this product due its description of being from natural ingredients, no sugar, GMO etc. There’s barely a taste of hazelnut and the more you add, the more it tastes like alcohol. After adding it in differing amounts to several cups of coffee, there is no way to make this a satisfying ingredient to the drink. What a waste of money.

HAZELNUT
I purchased this product to make hazelnut coffee creamer, trying to be healthy. I mixed my ingredients I did not add to much hazelnut but it tasted very strong like alcohol. I thought it was the other ingredients to i added more hazelnut. Now i felt like i was drinking an alcoholic beverage. So i checked the ingredients to my surprise first ingredient is alcohol. So be careful if you purchase this product it is very strong.

Good product
I use the lime for cooking. It has good flavor, I can taste it in the sauces. It's hear timely, as are all the "Native" products that I buy.

Best value
We’re about to order our second bottle of this extract that we use for our coffee creamer. Reading the reviews that people complain it tastes to much like alcohol, we had this problem too at first. Now when we make sure when we make a batch of creamer we heat it to 185 degrees ish as the boiling point of alcohol is 173.1. This helps cook off the alcohol and leaves a nice hazelnut taste. I don’t let it go any higher so the milk doesn’t boil. I just wanted to share for those that are struggling with it. Enjoy!

Not a strong flavor
The smell of this raspberry extract is really great. But when it's used, it takes way more than expected, usually a couple of teaspoons at most. The flavor isn't strong enough to taste. I won't be ordering again
