I've had several low back procedures due to degenerative disk disease. I need all the help I can get with supporting my back. This is wonderful! It feels so good to have it on. It serves, also, as a good reminder for me throughout the day to be mindful of how I move so as not to further exacerbate back pain. The velcro straps are very strong. You can bend the metal braces if need be to accommodate the shape of your back and needs. It's very simple to get on and off. I'm 5'1" and about 115 lbs and the small size fits perfectly. Definitely recommend this!

I have bought more than 1 back brace over the last few years and most have been disappointing in performance and/or comfort since if it is uncomfortable to wear you eventually stop wearing it. This one was perfect right out of the box but I would insert a note of caution here since they do indeed fit exactly as sized. I got an large and it was a perfect fit, a friend got a extra-large and same story and so don't try to guess if it fits larger or smaller. The straps can be adjusted to give it a bit more/less support (comfort level also) so since it does everything I bought it to do I have to give it 5 Stars.

I have been looking for a back brace that actually fits, is comfortable and supports lumbar area. I am extra small- 5'6" about 100 pounds. It was hard to find a brace that was small enough for an adult with tiny frame. The two layers of velcro stay in place well and don't slip when moving around. Highly recommend 👌.

I’m so glad I decided to buy this back bracer. I got it for my son, because his job involves him having to lift heavy objects all the time, and he’s said it’s starting to affect him. He has told me this has made his back feel so much better. It fits very comfortably, allowing just the right motion so it doesn’t affect your back. It’s also sweat absorbent, so that’s a huge plus. I highly recommend getting this, especially for such a great price.
