## Description

The socket has a slotted design. So you can remove the oxygen sensor while still connecting the harness. This 3/8" drive oxygen sensor socket is also offset and compact, providing extra leverage even in hard to reach locations. Review: Priced right to handle the job right - Does what this is supposed to do, remove an oxygen sensor. Had a challenging but not difficult spot on my Toyota Highlander to get some leverage on a 22 year old bank 1 sensor 1 position. It's accessible, visible but not much room to turn the socket with anything that can provide any sort of leverage without the handle hitting the subframe or steering rack. An 1/4 turn at a time until the sensor was about 90% spun out due to rust. Using my usual deep oxygen sensor socket would put lateral pressure on the sensor when twisting it and I didn't want to crack the sensor. With this short socket, it puts pressure just on the sensor hex and will take a lot if 1/4 turns because of the crows foot design. Price is totally affordable and seems sturdy enough. Recommended as a back up in any one's toolbox.

The sensor was pretty stuck, but this socket worked fine and did not slip. Not all of these style wrenches on desertcart fit properly. This one does.
