It really only holds 16 K-cup pods. NOT 20.
Disclaimer: I did receive this item for free to try out. HOWEVER! All opinions are my own and I pride myself on unbiased reviews that can help others decide whether something is worth it.It comes pre-assembled so you won't need to do anything besides take it out of the package. It's made of metal and very sturdy. I have put in K-cups and placed my Keurig K-Mini on top without it having any issues opening or with the drawer catching. I can’t speak to the larger Keurigs though since I don’t own a large one.The biggest flaw is that it only holds 16 K-cup pods and not the 20 as advertised. It does have all 20 slots in the drawer for 20 pods but the last row of 4 is basically dead. Opening it up all the way the last row is barely even halfway out. In order to put K-cups in that last row you have to SHOVE IT in very hard and in order to take them out you have to really DIG IN there to grab it out. It's just not feasible to actually use that last row. It's poorly designed. Everything else works just fine and I really like it. It's very space saving that I can put my Keurig on top. I am just sad and disappointed that it doesn’t really properly hold the full 20.

Sturdy
This works perfect for what we needed. It's very sturdy metal so we put our machine on top and now we have a selection of k-cups right under. Looks great in a semi gloss black and easy to clean. We have not had the problem of the cups catching the edge when we open it so very satisfied. If you need one of these give it a try- the quality is very good. Recommend.

Nice try but serious design flaw
This tray is sturdy and looks good. It fits perfectly under my Keurig 2.0 coffee maker in my office and holds just the right amount of K-cups for my needs. However, it has a fatal design flaw... the little dimples in the tray don't hold the pods securely, so if you pull the draw out just a little too quickly, the pods tip over making them catch on the top edge and making it impossible to pull the drawer farther out without fishing around inside to get them straightened out.For the price, it's usable but I will be looking for an alternative model.

Little sliders keep coming off. Not very sturdy. K cups fit but they sit flat on counter thru the holder!

Sleek but flimsy feeling
The material is metal and holds my Nespresso Citiz fine. However, the drawer feels a bit flimsy when sliding it out. Once you pull it out the drawer the front sags down and drags along my kitchen counter. It mechanism isn't like how a drawer is made, but just a slit inside where the drawer rests so gravity pushes the draw down when it has no support on the bottom. So I have to be mindful of that so I don't scratch my kitchen counter. Other than that, it serves its purpose to hold my nespresso pods.

It's okay...updated to five stars to reflect great customer service!
I got this to put under my Keurig and it is slightly too small of a footprint for my larger unit. I expected this as I measured before I got it, but it's worth mentioning that it isn't meant for larger units. I've had a few issues opening the drawer all the way to get to the last row, and if the pods get dislodged from their depressed spots, the drawer won't close. Again though, part of my issues may stem from the fact that my unit is larger, and thus heavier, than what should probably be used, so that's a consideration. I'm not sure I really like the unit sitting up higher on my counter. **UPDATE** - After posting my review I was contacted by the manufacturer so that they could provide any assistance needed to ensure my satisfaction. To be fair and clear, there isn't anything wrong with the product. I had issues due to it being under a larger unit than intended. I have since moved it to a smaller machine and have none of the issues with the drawer opening that I did before.

Okay for K-Cup overflow!
If you like a variety of K-Cup pods and need a simple storage solution, this organizer should do the trick! I use this organizer in addition to a carousel. One of the disadvantages to this organizer is the drawer jams/sticks when pulling out. It could be difficult to keep all pods upright when maneuvering around the drawer jam.

Perfect size for my small kitchen
Fits the original line nespresso pods perfectly. Drawer slides out smoothly. No complaints.

Sturdy Shell.
The metal shell is very sturdy and easily allows me to place my Keurig-Mini on top of it to save space. The drawer below sides out quite smoothly but the pods are not held well inside. Given that this holder is made to accommodate all of the different coffee brand machine capsules the Keurig pod bottom merely balances in the hole cutout. This means they tend to tip over, slide around, etc.. Not a huge problem if you are looking for an inexpensive steel case but something to consider if functionality is important to you.
