Hopnel V30-203BK Saddlebag Lid Bras (Indian)

This is a very, very decent product. Of the few things I would change it would be for the product to be one full piece of cut material. However, they look the same on my bike as they do in the advertised photos. You really can't get much better than that. 4 stars only because of using 2 pieces when 1 would look better.

I got these for the main purpose of protected the lead edge of the bag lids (I have a passenger with very short legs). Not only do they do the job, but they look good as well. Nice material and fits well. The stitched seams are necessary to fit the contour of the lids. No way of getting around it, but I think they did a good job with the design. 2017 Indian Chieftain.

Had these on my 15 chieftian. I actually liked they way they looked and they protected the bag from passenger foot wear on bags. Problem is that once you put on, you cant take off. The covers will chatter in the wind when ridding and the underside will scratch lines in your paint after a little while. I ended up crashing the bike and when they repainted the bags, i threw these out. would have cost hundreds to repair the damage to bike from these covers. understand the pros and cons before buying

Do not buy these if you have a 2019 Indian bagger-they do not fit. The front flaired part is fine, but the tail is way too long. When you fold the tail under the lid, the lid will not close and latch. Hopnel should know this, and should not sell this for Indian.
