Ineffective
Didn’t really think I needed to be concerned with what bucket hooks I bought, turns out I did. The hook on these isn’t deep enough to keep the bucket in place, slightest movement by my horse moving their bucket and it easily unhooks and falls on the ground to spill grain and supplements everywhere. I just replaced them all with new ones I got at a local tack shop, and my mule was trying very hard to knock his bucket down as soon as I walked away, and he wasn’t successful so these for sure don’t work properly. It’s too late for me to return them at this point, hoping to find a use for them somewhere else so it’s not a total waste but for hanging feed buckets so the horses can eat their grain these are not the right choice!
