When this package arrived it was so heavy that I could not really think what it could be, but when I opened it, I could see that this was a product of very high quality. I just bought a pair of e-trikes and I really don't want them stolen, so I've been researching locks for a long time. There is quite a range of options and styles to choose from, depending on your needs. I was hoping to find one that would have a cable option that would fit into the loops in my truck bed. Unfortunately, these are just a little bit too large, but I think I can come up with a workaround. Even if I don't just locking the two bikes together will make it awkward enough that no one will try to steal them while I'm in a restaurant or some other quick stop.Like I said, very heavy duty. I love that I have the same key (4 in total) for both locks. Now I can carry just one key and won't stress if I lose one of them. My wife won't be riding separately so the one key fits all solution is very nice. I really don't know how these rate security-wise. They have numbers for that but I don't think it matters much to me as any time spent locked would be short lived. The long U-bolt style, combined with the thick cables will allow me to lock the two trikes together in a way that will not be easy to move them. If there's any kind of a post to attach them to, that's also must more do-able with the cables provided.Your requirements might differ from mine. I'm not terribly worried about theft since I'm going to must be in rural areas, but having a decent lock to protect your stuff is just a given these days.

It's been a couple of years and our expensive ebikes are still ours!This is quite a trifecta! I added the fold-up lock to one ebike & the u-lock to the other. They're both very strong & coupled with choosing the right location to lock them up, they're an excellent deterrent & capable locks. The ulock has been used almost daily for a commute & 6-hr stays without issue so far. In a better world, these locks cold be keyed together as an option. Otherwise, the expanse is well worth it for valuable bikes.

I am very pleased with the locks. They are well built and easy to use. I look forward to using them and glad to have to security these locks provide.

I have a pair of expensive electric bikes and wanted a strong lock for them. These are nice since they use the same lock. However, the first time I actually needed to use them, the cover on this one broke off while I was trying to close it. The manufacturer worked with me on a refund, so the customer service is good. With all the great reviews, this must have just been a defective one. The other one worked well.

The locks work perfectly. They're strong to give you a piece of mind. Fits great and has a cool appearance.

I ordered the product because it looked like a good deal and was prepared for middling quality but much to my surprise it is an excellent, easy to use and effective set of locks that secured several bikes as I traveled around the country. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT BUY THESE LOCKS! I purchased these locks about 4-5 weeks ago, and used them daily (locking front and rear tire to a bike stand) when parking my bike at the metro station outside of DC. Today, got off the train from work and sadly my Trek was gone. Spent another hour talking to metro police and filing a report.They cut right through these locks like butter (see pics). Something told me to go ahead and get better locks when the casing on one lock fell off (see pics w/casing sitting on top of the lock it covered) and the locks were rusting within weeks. Didn't trust my gut and got robbed.If you value your property, spend another $100 bucks on a quality lock.

This set was perfect for a household with 2 ebikes ridden daily, by teenage boys, to school and work.We have never spent the morning combing the house for a key, after it was improperly discarded while shedding the previous day's accessories. And that is priceless...All of the locks work well and the attachments for connecting them to the bike are durable.They've taken a decent beating over the last few months from teenagers and they're still holding strong.Both locks were in use during an attempted theft, the thief was able to make off with an accessory that wasn't locked on but could not penetrate either lock and left the bike.Would buy again in a heartbeat
