My 6 year old loves these booksGreat creative ideas.He has the robots one also, there both great and worth every penny.So many ideas in each book and now he wants the pets one also.

Book comes with easy to follow, step by step directions. Unfortunately, unless you have some very odd pieces you will not be able to complete any of the builds. I give the book 5 stars because it is a great book even if we can't use it with our small lego collection.

We were very excited to get this and the creatures are really amazing but this is definitely not for a beginner collector. The instructions are well printed, brightly colored, and easy to follow. The downside is that you can't really use something like a starter brick set with this book. Lots of other bricks are needed.

The young lady that I purchased the book for uses it often. The book was a Christmas present. I also bought her Legos for her to play with. She likes to use both. Thank You

Got for my son's birthday he loves Legos and yeah he so into the Lego books.

This book was fun to use with my son. It sparked an afternoon of silly conversation and lots of laughs!!!!

The book has great ideas but be prepared for the robots to be small. I only gave it three stars because the images are not clear and too small. Even for me, an adult, I had trouble following steps and even had to take out a flashlight to try to make some of the dark colors show better and see what pieces went were. We have three big sets of the legos classic combos and we still did not have a lot of the special pieces needed and had to think outside the box. Sometimes that is difficult when you have a kid that wants to follow instructions to the letter. Legos has always made it easier for kids to follow steps. These books do not.
