I don't usually leave reviews, but after using this for some months I can't say enough good things about it. I used to use Shoe Goo, but it didn't work on a pair of sneakers that the glue dried out the sole. Not only that but Shoe Goo has no way to do fine detail or get it in small spots and dries out as soon as you open it. This glue has a great pointy nozzle to get in the hardest spots, it has this long needle that goes into the tip to keep it from drying out and it glues things together that Shoe Goo failed. I've used this repeatedly over the past few months and it hasn't dried out and hasn't disappointed gluing a variety of things together. Where has this been all my life?

I recently had my favorite pair of sandals separate in one area. I tried to take them to a shoe repair shop but was told the wait would be three weeks and I was about to take a trip to Disneyland. I ordered this glue based on the reviews and figured "what the heck" I'd give it a try. It worked so well that a few days after doing the repair I was able to walk 115,487 steps (per my Fitbit) in them. They never came loose and are still working great.This glue could not be easier to use and I am 1000% happy with the product. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Seems to work fine. Easy to apply. Time will tell how wireless it holds up under use.Would have been nice if it came with some application instructions.

The tube came broken/separated in several areas. Upon squeezing some glue out to begin adhering a portion of a sole some glue squeezed out of the flat end and landed on my bathroom counter. I didn’t realize this until a few seconds later and when I went to wipe it away, it took off some of the paint! I inspected the rest of the tube and realized it was also coming apart on the side where the seam was. I would not buy this again, what a headache.

The entire soles were coming loose from my beloved Birkin clogs. I was going to take them to a shoemaker, but then I though, “heck, they are just going to glue them; I can do that.”I bought this glue…easy to apply. I’m sure I don’t have as fancy clamps as a shoemaker, but I put a C-clamp on the heel and and heavy weights on the rest. Let it dry 24 hours. No adhesion at all!It is hard to me to imagine that this was user error; it is so simple. So, a total bust for me.Next stop: the shoe repair shop!

I used this glue for my son’s sneakers that he only wore about 8 times & the front sole was coming apart. I cleaned the sole, dried it & after waiting 15 minutes to be sure it’s dry, I applied a moderate amount to the sole & it’s held up for about 3 weeks & counting. Good product & price.

I used the glue on the sole of my boots that had started separating from the boot itself. I cleaned between the joints with alcohol then roughed up the to be glued surfaces with sandpaper and a dremell sanding attachment, cleaned again then glued. After several multi mile winter hikes they held up! The glue dried slightly white on the black sole edges though - I used a black sharpie to cover it up. All in all I'm happy they held up well so far.

Glue is really thick and sticky. I put lots on the sole and clamped it for 24 hours. Then had to do the toe - taped down for 24 hours. Job done. Some glue oozed out but they're old walking/gardening boots. Think I'll get another couple of years out of them. Well worth the few quid. Plenty in the tube to do this same again.

Recently one of my favourite pairs of shoes has decided to part ways from a sole. I was so pleased to have this on hand and although so far it has not totally solved the problem, it has worked well enough for me to wear the shoes again. The issue is that the glue comes out in a very fine bead and does take a lot of effort to squeeze out - this may be at least in part because of my house being rather cold! The instructions advise to use it sparingly and honestly I think it would be difficult to do anything else. This is fine as I’d rather not waste it, but it does mean that I’ve had to repair my shoe in stages where I glue it, allow it to dry, check adhesion, and then apply more glue in the bits that I missed the previous time. The good news is, where the glue has been applied effectively, it does work! This generous 3.7oz bottle will go a long way when used like this, and it comes with two applicators and two elastic bands to hold things in place while the glue dries. The whole lots costs £9.99 at time of review which I believe is well worth since it has allowed me to extend the life of a pair of my favourite shoes without the hassle and expense of taking them to a repair shop.

I bought this to try and reglue some shoes back together.Out of the box the glue didn't seem filled. After use, the needle started to loosen and the needle socket ended up pushing into the tube.So pretty poor and disappointed.
