I really love that stuff. It helps me consume the amount of water I need. Mix it with a little warm water first so you don’t have clumps.

The Vitassium drink mix has become a part of my daily "food" intake and makes such a difference in replenishing what my body is lacking. The fruit juice flavor is tasty.

I’m sure it does what it’s supposed to, but if I have to drink so much GD salt for my dysautonomia can it at least taste good? It smelled really promising when I opened it. I tried it with 24 oz first because that’s how I drink liquid iv, it tasted very diluted. So I tried it with 16 oz(the lower end of the recommended amount for this product) and it still tasted like I had diluted it. I probably won’t buy it again. I’ll try it with 8oz of water but that kind of defeats the purpose of increasing water volume via salt intake… but hey, if you like a more toned down taste this might be up your alley.

I like to have items like this on hand for post workout or post hikes in the summer heat. I admit I really am not tied to any particular brand, as frankly they are all pretty similar and offer the same benefits. But I did appreciate that this brand is a bit more simplistic and appears cleaner with ingredients. And hey, it's made in USA.Overall this mix dissolves better than some other ones I've tried -- and it does the job it promises. But don't get your hopes up that the "fruit punch" flavor will be anything pleasant. Very medicinal, although the flavor intensity is mild if you stick to 20oz of water for the mix. Not that you are drinking this for enjoyment, but worth noting.

Received product, opened seal and it’s hard and looks like it had been wet or stale. Have orders from company directly and never had an issue, but this off Amazon is not ok and states so returns. Do not recommend ordering this product!

Tastes so bad, just tastes like seawater to me with a vague sweetness, this was the first brand I tried to manage my POTS but I just could not manage the bad aftertaste in my mouth and the weird breath it gave me.

My cardiologist recommended these electrolytes & they really make me feel better. Fruit punch tastes pretty good. Add ice after mixing in your powder for best results.
