Frustrated during installation. Partly because it was missing two nuts, and it used a non-standard thread (8-36 instead of 8-32) which meant I couldn't buy the hardware at either Ace or Home Depot. Finally got it installed after a bunch of jerry-rigging.Once it was installed, I decided that I didn't like it because it shines very brightly onto a small spot of the ceiling above, highlighting any minor paint or ceiling defects. It probably needs to be farther away from the ceiling. And, while the bottom diffuser plate is glass, there's a gap between the diffuser and the perimeter of the shade at the bottom that you can see up through. And, I wouldn't get a cloth shade again. Should have got something that's all metal and glass, with no cloth or acrylic. Obviously some of this is personal taste, but I was peeved by the installation issues and it soured me on the whole product.

Cheap looking and it hums when turned on. This fixture was professionally installed and only disappointed. It does not add to the beauty of any room. The metal parts are cheaply made and the thing looks like plastic.When it’s on it gives off a humming sound.

Frustrating installation. The instructions weren’t very good and the downrod wouldn’t screw onto the nipple thread that is attached to the lamp. The lamp threads are too small for downrod. The lamp just hung there by its wires. How can you have a product where the pieces don’t even fit together? The company did reach out and offer to send a replacement part so that was nice.

Lamp is not at all like the photo or description! No tempered glass, no bottom cover. Very cheaply manufactured. Essentially just a lampshade and a few pieces of hardware. Must've been drop-shipped from China and no one checked the product.

This was not the easiest ceiling fixture to install. I still don’t think I got it quite right. There are a lot of parts, which isn’t the issue. Getting them all to fit together tightly is near impossible. Even so, it looks great and wasn’t expensive. I’ve noticed some random dimming but I can’t be sure that it’s not an A/C unit kicking on rather than the fixture itself as I installed them around the same time.

It is a perfect size over a small dining table. Nice chrome trim around both edges of shade should keep it in good shape. The light diffuser gives good soft light to the room

Cheap looking. I was very disappointed. Like another customer said, a flimsy lamp shade with hardware. It didn’t even come with a bottom - Returned.
