Sweat like crazy
I like caffeine and l theanine because it usually mellows out the caffeine kick but this one still makes me pretty jittery. I thought that since it was caffeine from green tea extract it would be even less jittery but this is the worst I’ve felt taking caffeine with l theanine. Still gets the job done but more unpleasant than I hoped.

Misleading. You have to read the details to find out only 100mg of caffeine in the product. 200 mg is listed on the label with in parentheses, 50% of an extract. MISLEADING. I want my money back.
