The marble and acacia wood join so smoothly that you can't feel where they attach. It's VERY heavy, which means that once you've put it on the table, it will stay exactly where you've placed it unless the entire table falls over! A great size with room for anything and everything you want to serve. Comes with three ceramic bowls decorated on the exterior to match the marble, that fit into three niches carved into the wood. Carved acacia spoons are also included for dip/sauce serving. Four additional wood-handled utensils help your guests serve themselves in style.
