Braswell's Select Balsamic Sweet Onion Jam in Collectible Drinkware - 15 Oz

Why does this posting say "eligible for return or refund"? My jam arrived a broken mess abd there was no way to get a refund.

I love this stuff!

I used this jam on steaks, put it in the refrigerator and took it out a few days later. It had about a half inch of sugaring on the top, a grayish white that tasted terrible because I couldn't get it all scraped out. I put it back in the refrigerator and when I took it out it had sugared again. I ended up scraping off about an inch. All in all, I lost about half a jar. When I didn't refrigerate it, no sugaring, but it said on the jar to refrigerate so I worried about eating it and threw the last of it out. It was a total waste of money and I would advise against' anyone buying it.
