Longway singing absolutely delicious! Really I love the Birria tacos and the tings tacos and with this powder you can actually make both and it is delicious then you will always get that flavor that you are looking for when you use this powder and by itself it doesn't taste like much but when you cook with it it is outstanding so if you're going to test taste it with your finger just know that it will be different in the pot. It is delicious little pricey but well worth it I've had it now since April and it is July and I still have half a jar you don't need a lot of this it gives it amazing flavor even with a little bit you can taste through it all. They definitely recommend this purchase it is delicious and I'm glad that Amazon sells it. Thanks Amazon
