Tastes bitter but works
Very very pleased. I did a lot of research before purchasing on a natural way to resolve a uti as They were starting to become chronic. I brewed this tea as suggested but let it steep a lot longer. The taste is nasty but it’s not meant to taste good, it was very bitter. I drank lots and lots of water and had two mugs of it a day and it completely cleared up my symptoms. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable, distinctive taste.
I'm not always thrilled by a lot of herbal teas. Maybe because I'm a lifelong coffee drinker. Plus some are just plain insipid. But there are a few alternate teas I do like and kinnikinnick (bearberry) is one. I first encountered kinnikinnick tea when visiting a large "black powder" encampment of modern-day mountain men. They dress in buckskins, shoot flintlock rifles, and keep pots of burgoo stew burbling on their campfires…and they're about as friendly and hospitable a bunch as you'll ever meet. About the third camp I passed motioned me over and stuck a pewter mug of tea in my hand. An hour later, after consuming lots more tea, I'd learned how to recognize, pick, and dry the bearberry leaves. Which I've been doing whenever I come across bearberry plants during my far-flung outdoor rambles. If I can pick sufficient leaves to process. So this not only saves me work, but avoids the matter of wild bearberry plants not being locally available. Will you like kinnikinnick tea? I dunno. Its taste is unique. I love the stuff, and with autumn coming on, it's the perfect drink to sip by our backyard campfires, or the first fires we'll build in the cottage's woodstove. Kinnikinnick tea has been around and enjoyed a long time; it's a taste with history. Give it a try.

Same day relief
This worked quickly for me. I made a tea, steeped 10 mins as I do for any herbal brew, and by the end of the day I was much improved. It's a classic for a reason and I'd rather go natural than pharmaceutical when I can. A+
