This pallet box is great for acrylic paints it tight seal, and does not dry your paint out. I accidentally used glass paint in mine and basically ruined it so be careful and just use acrylic

The quality of this is solid. The clasps close the lid very tightly. I am using this for my gouache as it is a compact way instead of tubes spread out all over the place. I like that I can have a nice small compact container to use anywhere in the house or out and about. The price was perfect too.

Works well for gouache. Airtight and efficient. Great for travel.

Works well for what it is. Keeps the paints moist, but I wouldn't recommend mixing paint in it, especially with the tool provided. The pots are deep but not very wide, so it's different to mix in, but if you do I'd recommend using a popsicle stick. Overall though, pretty good, would recommend.

Brilliant paint storage! I have one I use for gouache and another I purchased for acrylics. Paint lasts in them for quite a while (6 months and counting for the gouache. Note: I put a few drops of watercolour medium into the gouache). Very well sealed lid- however, transport flat- colours can run into each other. Quite sturdy and light to carry. Very recommended!!

Doesn't seal the individual cups so all my gouache just mixed together into yuck.

The plastic is super sturdy and the wells are very deep. Overall it's a small container but because the wells are so deep, I think the actual storage capacity is perfect. The cover removes completely and the cover has a rubber layer over the entire palette. I'm not sure the thumb handle will work for me from a functional aspect but I never hold my palette when painting anyway. I would suggest using a separate palette to mix colors. The locking clips are tight and seem to lock in moisture! I would imagine this would work great for makeup as well.
