Great iron - I ordered it for my sister and it was the wrong size..

I like the size of the barrel for my short hair. I also like the grips in the sides of the handle. The location and type of on/off switch are good beacause you won’t be likely to accidentally turn it off or chamge the temperature. I think the tempurature settings are a little too hot; I use the lowest setting and it is more than sufficient. While the cord does swivel, I how found it easy to become kinked.

Worst cord ever. It gets very tangled and knotted. It does not swivel. I’m also not happy with the hair clamp.The rod does heat up well. I’m keeping it as a back up. Back to Conair for me.

I ordered both the 13mm and the 10mm curling iron. The 10mm is great and I am very pleased with it but the 13mm not at all. The spring clip on the 13mm barrel does not hold the hair tight enough to roll a curl. It releases the hair before you can roll it up. It takes two or three attempts with each curl before you can get it wound around the barrel for any kind of curl at all. There is definitely no way to get a good tight curl. I am very DISPLEASED with this and the time it takes to do my hair using it. I would say that the 10mm is a 5 star but NOT the 13mm. I only bought the 10mm for touching up around my face where my hair is shorter and it is great for that, it holds the hair nice and tight.

This curling iron was purchased for a cruise trip.The bag to inset and carry the iron in was very handy.

Very happy with this curling iron, it hets very hot veey quickly, i own other brands and they didnt do the job like this one did.I have thick medium hair and was able to do my hair style for an event in time.

There are very few options for small barrel curling irons with dual voltage. Purchased this brand to use in Europe in two different barrel sizes (10mm and 13mm). Unfortunately, the 13mm size never even made it abroad as it broke after only about 15 uses prior to my travel. The plate holding the tension spring in place popped off so there is no tension on the clamp. The screw hole is striped so the curling iron cannot even be fixed. Too much money for very little use. Note, the 10mm is still intact, however, it has only been used a handful of times as well in the 6 months I have had it.
