I love it! I had been considering the big circuit heat press but couldn’t justify the price. When I found this and all the accessories that came with it for a fraction of the price I bought it. I can complete projects more timely, love the versatility and the size is perfect. Makes putting my stabilizing material on my quilts blocks a breeze with less guessing.

My hat part had started to malfunction and I contacted the company explaining what happened. The person who I interacted with was very pleasant and assisted me in solving the problem.. shipment was fast, they response time was tremendous! I am truly happy and grateful ... Oh and let me not forget the equipment. It works like a dream and very easy to operate and change around the parts to use the other functions. The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t able to use the heat press for these large items because the material would have been scrunched up. I ended up using the 12x10 heat press from circut for those table banners. For shirts and sweaters the heat press is great. My issue is switching between the heat press items. It’s time consuming and requires tools. Allen wrench and screw driver. But they are in awkward placements for the tools provided. I would have rather had a specific screw driver that fit properly. And am Allen t handle for fast use. Not an l shaped Allen.I’m doing a lot of Designs and different items for my business. If I was a hobby dad I would say its great if I’m only doing one or 2 things at a time at random times throughout the year, I would say it’s awesome.But I have a lot of stuff to do and it takes too much time between items.Thanks. Great value though. Don’t get me wrong. Most people would love this.

Love it, just what I wanted

I was so extremely excited to use my heat press. Wow I’ve never been so overjoyed to get started and learn how to perfect my t shirt making ability. Everything was going great until one day I was pressing g a t shirt when the heat press came a loose dangling in my hand. I did everything to keep the machine for burning me. I managed to put it down without getting burned. I contacted the company and they totally ignored me. It was like they didn’t give a hoot about the broken product or what misfortune I had with it. Still today they have never responded to me. The seller was truly not concerned about the defective equipment they sold me. They could care less. It’s like once they sold the item it’s out of their lap
