Instructing Hatha Yoga: A Guide for Teachers and Students

I purchased this book for a class and CEU's. It did the job with the core to Hatha Yoga.

Great book if you want to learn about yoga deeply.

The book is informative and illustrated perfectly to understand easily.

It's a good book. The layout a little boring, no colors in it.

Good reference guide for all the basic poses

This is the great book, As a yoga teacher, I have used it often over the years and recommended it as a learning resource to my students. I recently upgraded to the second edition, on Kindle as it was cheaper, I really wish I hadn't! The book is still good and there is a lot of useful information but typical of many digital books, it just doesn't translate well from print. The pictures are so tiny on the screen and if you try to zoom in, they and the text blurs. Additionally, tables also blur so a lot gets lost and you can't read it. I DO recommend this book but I do not recommend the digital version - pay the extra £10 and get it printed, it's well worth it!

I'm a beginner to Yoga and I've found this book a good source of reference. Got mine on kindle so can utilise many bookmarks to allow me to flit back and forth when needed. Great sequences that I've started to work through, with clear instruction.

Of all the asana books on the reading list for my yoga teacher training, this is the one I refer to and rely on the most. Even more than Iyengar's Light on Yoga (thought I do refer to that in conjunction with this). It is accessible yet comprehensive, covering all aspects of a large number of postures. Invaluable for the serious practitioner or student of yoga asana.
