Product didn't work 😔.
The seller got the product to me quickly enough and the price seemed fair enough if not good but it didn't work and I had to return it. I was refunded quickly after returning the item.

Didn't work for me but sell honored the return.
Theitem arrived in a timely manner and was extremey well packaged. However, I could not use them. They would not light and only glowed at either end. So I went with LEDs/ The seller took them back no problem.

A name brand bulb would not light up in my fixture.
Had to order this item online; RI no longer apparently sells florescent bulbs (environmental issues). Put in fixture. Turned on switch. Bulb did not light up! Same problem with the other bulb. Given my prior experience with such bulbs, I was stunned. It is not the fixture. I tried a 40-year-old bulb that just happened to be in my basement. It lit up immediately, but was wrong "color"/warmth for a bathroom fixture. I wound up returning these bulbs and buying "plug and Play" LED bulb at local store. It worked perfectly.
