If, like me, you have a habit of getting distracted and forgetting about your mug of tea or coffee, then this is what you're after.It'll keep your drink hot for a good 5+ hours or so with the lid on and shut, which is ideal for me around the house. Materials seem high quality and feels robust in the hand. Choice of two lids is nice, I personally prefer the one that slides open. I don't use the straws but they seem totally fit for purpose.Worth noting that whilst these are 'spill proof', i.e. if someone were to bump into you, you wont spill your drink everywhere, they are not 'leak proof'. If you turn it upside down, toss it into a bag etc, it will leak. This is a product meant for using around the home or in the office, rather than taken out with you.

Great at keeping drinks hot or cold and the lid fits very well and does not leak. Comes with 2 straws a straw cleaner and 2 lids. Excellent price compared with other brands. Easy to clean and looks stylish.

Love this product keeps my drinks hot for ages only issue haven’t even had it a week and it’s rusting?!?! Didn’t even use the dishwasher/ aggressive cleaning makes me worry about the metal straws it comes with have looked in with a touch couldn’t see any discolouration but still wanna use untill it affect the drink or run the risk of cutting me hand

Bought for mum who struggles to hold a normal cup or glass. They are rather heavy but has helped stop spills and it keeps her tea warm for longer

keeps the drinks really hot, the lid feels stable, the cup is easy to hold and doesn't feel too heavy, the outside of the cup stays a good temperature so you don't burn your hand. great value for money in my opinion.

This could have been a class-leading product. In many ways it is so much better than the class leader. It does not scratch, the shape and handle is lovely, the colourways are fab. BUT... it leaks. One lid leaks very badly, the other drips. We bought this twice to be sure - we wanted so much for it not to leak. It could have been the holy grail of thermos mugs. The problem is that no one seems to have cracked this issue. The brand leaders Thermos makes products that scratch badly and the lids are screw on and get stuck on. They do not leak but look horrid after a short period and the lids get stuck. This is perfect - except the lids leak. For goodness sake, we can put people on the moon. How hard can it be to make a scratchproof, leakproof, comfortable and pretty mug? Very it seems!

Very please with this product, it doesn't leak at all and holds a good amount of drink. So far I used it for cold and hot drinks it does what it says on the tin. It keeps the drink cold and hot for hours. The straws and cleaning brush with is on bag and two lids is excellent you can use one lid for hot drinks and the other for cold the same with the straws with the silicone tip easy to drink. Overall I recommend this product easy to handle in your hand and take around. Light weight, and love the colour.Very pleased good value too and very good quality.

The mug itself and the completely leak-free fit of both lids is great. Cleaning the slider section of the push-lid, however, is just not possible. For this reason I would not recommend this mug.I used it for coffee that had some milk in, on longer car journeys. I preferred drinking from the push-lid but, during use, little dark brown lines of coffee residue built up inside the sliding section of the push-lid.The lid's design however, prevents it from being taken apart, so the coffee residue inside the slider is impossible to get to so cannot be cleaned off.I tried soaking the lid in water with washing-up-liquid for as much as two days - still the brown lines refused to budge. Forcing water under the sliding section, shaking it and letting it drain out, over and over again did not remove the dark brown lines either. Sometimes little bits of a line of residue would loosen but they just waved about in the water inside the sliding section, they didn't come away.This inability to be able to clean inside the slider leaves the lid dirty looking and unhygienic.I wasn't keen on the other lid (I don't like using a straw for hot drinks and whilst there is a mouth hole in that lid, the placement of the it made it awkward to drink through) so I've had to buy a different mug with a lid that is cleanable.All in all, very frustrating and disappointing for a mug that was this expensive. I expected a lot better for the price!
