is this board hard like plywood? or something soft and bending?

It is soft compare to plywood. It will break while bending.

Would this be safe in an oven that can reach 900 deg for 1 hour and stays at 600 deg for up to 24 hours. If it is insulating against concrete?

1/2" Ceramic fiber board is safe but to reach ambient temperature in cold face 1" (25mm) thickness board would be suggested.
