Not been using this vitamin very long however I can definitely see a difference in nail growth but can't say seen a difference in my hair yet but to soon to know if makes a difference. But definitely has with my nails. Great value, easy to swallow , and a good quantity in the pack, plus no bad taste. I have tried others with no effect so I would say the vitamin content is effective because of the change in my nails, and they come in a flat pack type so can post through a letter box and very easy to get into.

Absolutely great easy to swallow small tablet.

So have been taking these for a while now not sure they’re doing much, too scared to stop now. My hair is very fine and the my centre parting is quite obvious that I’m thinning very quickly even if it doesn’t regrow but stays the same can live with it . My hair doesn’t seem to fall out much since taking this tablet Have also noticed nails grow quicker

I've been taking these most days for around the past 6 months now and while I didn't "think" there had been a huge difference, I realised that my nails (I have naturally very bendy, weak nails), are actually feeling so much stronger and less bendy! They aren't as easily bendable and look a lot healthier too. Hair wise (again, weak, fine hair), my hair is feeling like it's growing thicker and healthier and it must be as different people have commented on it and said how much thicker it looks! For the price, these are absolutely amazing and definitely worth a shot - you just need to give them time to really work!

I purchased these a year or so ago and have been pleased with my hair, nails and skin. So much so that I have ordered again. They are easy to swallow and I can take one every night with other medication.
