My elbows get irritated on long rides, and these pads help keep my elbows comfortable and pain-free. They are perfect size to cushion my elbows in a spot where I need it. At the same time, they are not bulky and don’t cover any door buttons on the door side.

Adhesive backing doesn’t stick well. Memory foam is too firm to mold around my door panel & becomes loose easily.
