What size/type of rechargeable battery does the conair even cut use? how many does it use? is it easy or even possible to replace the battery myself?

It is a rechargeable lithium battery it last at least 4 haircuts before recharging

Is there additional adapter for longer than 1/2 inch? I used it for the first time and it cut shorter than 1/2 on top of my head. I need a 3/4 inch.

I really don't know if there is a third adaptor. I don't know if I could tell the difference between 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch...I am just thrilled that it does such a good job during COVID19 and will probably continue using it if I'm lucky enough to survive.

These are referring to cutting blades used by the barber or stylist. It's about 3mm per blade. 1 would be 3mm, 2 would be 6or7mm, 3 would be 9 or 10mm, 4 would be 12mm. This thing is far from precise. You would have 12 mm of hair if you used the #4. I've used all over my head, and my hair isn't cut evenly. Granted, it cuts and works for a pandemic situation, but you're going to get a short and somewhat uneven cut that you'd have to make look better with little clippers. For me, the shorter hair was a blessing, but I dread going back to work with a haircut that frankly looks like it came from a machine. There are also little hairs on the back of your head that don't get cut. I used a shaving razer to cut them, and that worked okay for using a razer behind my head.
