They work, just be cautious with your measurements when installing. Also, if I'm not mistaken, your doors cannot be thicker than 3/4" and bear in mind that your installation has to be within about an 1-3/4" from the corner of the door where you're installing this. Also, the lock cylinder requires a 3/4" drill bit to bore out the hole on the cabinet door where you'll be installing it. Today is September 1, 2022 I hope to come back and update this post with confirmed measurements and pictures of the installation, I do have one more to install.

I finally got the chance to install this double lock on a cabinet, and it works very well. Built with good quality material, this lock adds extra protection/ security to the cabinet and keeps everything secure. It was very easy to install, and I find it to be a good value for the price. Definitely recommended.

These locks worked perfect to close up a cabinet we wanted to use for storage.

I have a beautiful carved cabinet that I absolutely love but for years the door lock has been broken and the keys long since lost. It needed to have some other things done like filing in some nicks and scratches and polishing up parts and such so while I was working on it I thought, it would be great if I could also fix the broken locks. I took out the old one and began searching for something like it. When I came across this I thought it looked like it would work but wasn't sure. I got it hoping it would work in my cabinet and I'm so glad I did because it's a perfect fit and now may cabinet lock is finally repaired. I think the ease of installation might depend more on the cabinet you are installing it in. For me it was pretty easy, it didn't match up with the holes from my previous lock set but I just matched it up so the bolts would come out in the same place and it worked perfectly.

There are NO instructions for installation.

These are great locks. The double bar setup and such is nicely secure, the look is great, as you only have to drill a hole for the lock on the outside leaving only the lock cylinder visible, which is really nice. Having it lock at the top and since makes it much more secure than the locks I've used in the past. If you want to be really secure, or if you have a large door, you can put one at the top and one at the bottom.To install this, drill the hole, screw the mechanism to the back of the door, and screw the two plates to the side and top and done. Super easy.

I have cabinets that I need to secure. These locks will fit that application and I only need to use one per set of two doors. I simply install one lock on the top door of the two overlapped doors and both are secured because the overlap secures the bottom door. These are the first I have seen of this type. They are very well made. All the needed hardware is included (mounting screws). Great solution to my problem.

This product looks ok. Nothing earth shattering here. Super disappointing is the lack of instructions for installing. I can probably figure it out but it would be nice to have some instructions include some basics (primarily the hole width required for the key cylinder). It’ll probably take me twice as long to install as it should because there are no directions.
