If you think you have any type of eating problem, this is the book for you to read through.
I am an anorexic. This book was recommended to me by a therapist. It has been such an asset to my healing I cannot even express to you the importance of reading it. If you cannot afford therapy, buy this book and work your way through it. I guarantee you will feel better for doing it.

Great help!
This is a really great book. I love reading self help books and have many. I found this book to be very helpful and easy to work through on your own or with a therapist. It progressed in a logical way and allowed the reader to go at their own pace. For example, if you don’t feel ready to progress to the next chapter, you can stay where you are at longer and focus on that issue before going on. The book builds on itself and works on different issues that the reader may be facing. There are chapters on perception, meaning and purpose in life, feeling your feelings, motivation, and changing your behaviors. These are just a few of the chapters. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone struggling with an eating disorder, whether under or overeating.

Great workbook
Great workbook for ED patients. The only thing I didn’t like was not much room to write in. Overall though great book that I learned a lot from.

Best Eating Disorder Workbook I've Ever Had
Honestly, this workbook is the best thing to have ever happened to me and I am so grateful. I had no idea I could actually fully recover but now that I do know, I feel inspired and that I reintegrate into who I was really meant to be. Thank you for the hope you have instilled in me.

Good workbook.
This is a good workbook to help individuals work through an eating disorder. It is not the only resource I would suggest, but with weekly therapy and doctor's appointments, it keeps an individual in a constant recovery mentality.

Very good, even if you're not ready
It makes you think. I'm not quite ready for recovery (it's really hard to get to that point) but started this workbook at my therapist's request. It has a very good way of making you think about things rationally, even if you're not there yet.

Great for anorexia or belimia sufferers
This book i would say is designed for late teens with anorexia or belimia. I bought it for a 11 yr old ARFID sufferer and does not really fit the purpose. 😢 I'm glad i gave it a try as in time it may help but it really stops and makes you think about where you are and where you want to get to.

The paired books saved me from Anorexia
When I hit the point of needing so badly to feel full and happy, therapy wasn’t enough and I bough the other book. It gave me control over my recovery and I believe it saved my life from Anorexia. I bought the work book so I could show it to others and recommend you buy this book if you are in need! It is HARD and emotional and takes time. It isn’t a miracle cure but it is the one thing I feel changes my life and it’s always on my shelf if I relapse. But it, try it, take your time with it ❤️
