We live in a River house that has one shower which I never used because it had no lighting..this light is activated by motion and is quite bright..I love it.

I bought this for a shower that was very dark. It's very bright and feels my needs perfectly. Does take D batteries which I didn't notice when I purchased it so I had to go buy some. I will update later to see how long they last. Also I noticed on the day setting it didn't work but when I put it on the night setting it works perfectly. Light comes on when I open the shower door and goes off about 10 seconds after I close it. I'm very happy with my purchase

easy to install. pretty bright. installed in a basement shower. motion works well,too.

Order 2 of these lights on my daughters recommendation. They are great. I have to closets with no lighting & have been struggling with stick up lights etc for years. Can't say enough how great & bright & easy these are to use. Perfect & shut off when closet door is closed in 30 seconds. Thank you.

I've installed them in the ceiling of both bathrooms. It is a cool white light, which is what I prefer for clarity in a bathroom. We almost never turn on the actual lights in the bathroom unless we will be in there for awhile.The motion detection is very good, near instantaneous, and the light is bright enough to do most anything we need for those quick in and out trips to the bathroom medicine cabinet, etc. They are actually long lasting, despite the brightness. We probably activate them 5 or more times per day, and the light remains useful for 2 months or so.They are also useful when power is out, as the light will stay on as long as there is movement. I recommend this light.

Bright and motion sensor works well just needs a better battery to avoid having to charge every couple of days. Wished I could get a week out of it at least

Perfect light for inside my shower. Not too bright but just bright enough.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought two of these lights to add more light to what used to be a very dark shower stall. I have very low clearance in this shower stall and didn't want to center a single light that would hang down too low, but if you do have enough room overhead in your shower, a single light would be enough for this application too. A second light like how I have it set up makes it more than enough light, but they are dimmable to get the perfect ambience. If you get the model with multiple color options, there's a slow and fast color change option. Great for when you're listening to music in the shower, you can really rave in there if you're into that. The movement sensors work well and can be switched to static/contstant light with the remote so they won't shut off automatically if you want. You can also turn them off completely so the motion sensor doesn't set them off on accident; nice if you have pets. Closing the shower curtain works for us to have the lights only come on when we're getting ready to take a shower. Installation was easy, but nothing in the installation manual specified which drill bit to use for drilling the pilot holes. 1/4 was too big, but 3/16 was too small. I suggest using around a 7/32 drill bit. You will need 3 - D size batteries which are sold separately. With the batteries installed, the light is very heavy, so don't cut any corners while installing this thing if it's going somewhere you don't want it falling on top of you. It would probably knock you out.

This product came well packaged and took seconds to install. The light had a nice weight to it and felt well made. Motion detector worked like a charm and the light was quite bright for the corner shower I used it on. The only thing I thought was odd was that you had to insert the batteries into it before installing it to a surface— makes sense:), problem was the light had no on/off switch that I could find. So while I was handling it trying to install it, the light kept blinding me. All was well and I could not be happier with this product.

Awesome light. I initially wanted to place this on the wall in my shower. However it's tile all the way up to the ceiling and didn't want to drill a hole into it so I tried 3M double sided tape. The tape is pretty strong but wasn't able to hold the light because of its weight (from the batteries) and possibly the moisture from the shower (it was high enough that it didn't get soaked or splashed). I ended up mounting it to the ceiling and it's been great.

The light motion detection timer only has one fixture of 30 seconds and is limited to the area that it picks up as a sensor. Definitely not as bright as described either.
