Awesome laptop
Really no complaints. Finger sensor works well. I use nordVPN/password manager over the wallet with it, but the speed and features of this laptop is amazing. It 360's. It is fast. I can open up as many tabs as I want.

Lenovo Needs to Rethink the Hinges
I bought this model less than 2 years ago. I had another Lenovo before this one that lasted more than five years and I had spent a month researching to find a model that I thought would carry me through another five years, plus a couple of nice features that were more for fun. This model has two hinges instead of the long one in the middle. They held the cover in place very well, no matter how I had it set. But that may also be its downfall. Now, I will admit the laptop fell one day to the floor (carpeted), hitting one of the corners. The laptop was closed at the time and damaged a small portion of the base corner and a scuff on the lid corner. Nothing else seemed wrong, the screen intact, and the laptop functioned as usual. About a week later, I noticed the bottom edge of the screen was not flush with the lid. I tried snapping it back in place and it would pop out again. Even with being more careful opening the lid, the hinge finally let go from under the screen. That portion of the hinge is metal, but its screwed into plastic. Considering the laptop landed on the outside corner and not where the hinge was, I'm not sure if the drop had anything to do with it. But I was dismayed to see that the hinge had been screwed into plastic. With the force it takes to open and move the lid where you want it, I had been concerned from the beginning how much strain it was putting on the hinges. Did the plastic start to crack before it fell from the stress or did the fall do the damage? The laptop still works, I just have to prop it up in order to use it. Unfortunately, most of what I had intended to use it for is no longer possible. Its probably repairable, but the fact that it cost as much as it did and having to shell out what would end up being half of its original cost to have it fixed is a little hard to swallow. You might want to think about extending your warranty. So if you decide this is the laptop for you, just be mindful of the hinges. Being able to flip your screen around is great, but do it with some care. And don't drop it. It may last you longer than mine did.

Don't waste your money on Lenovo, weak hinge, update , service from Lenovo is Horrific
I loved it for the first couple months, then the hinge failed to open, when I tried to open the lid , the hinge area blew out. Breaking the screen, the bezel, and other things. The fold back hinge system is junk. Then Lenovo has no quick way to get the repair done, so it will be 3 to 4 weeks , minimum , before I get the computer back. And I have to pay for shipping? What a garbage service for their product they have. The laptop usually sits on my desk using a hub. I rarely have to open the hinge, only when it gets powered down. There is no visible damage to the outside, so , no it has never been dropped. And even though it is supposed to be able to fold all the way back, I probably have only used it that way 2 times. So you can not say I folded it back too far.

No problems after dozens hours use
I'm pleased with this laptop. It's only a few ounces heavier than advertised. Intense use gets me about 7 hours battery life, so that's satisfactory so far. If it comes with stylus, that takes AAAA batteries, which I'd never heard of before

Hinge Broke after 8 months of Use
After using this laptop for 8 months, I opened it and the hinge failed, ripping the bezel away. Now I start the fight with Lenovo because they say my warranty expired 2 years before I purchased the laptop. I didn't realize I was buying a 3-year old laptop (unused). I also had an occasional wifi problem, where the laptop would forget it had a wifi adapter for half a day or so and then be fine. It happened about 4 times. Update: Lenovo would not honor the warranty, but the seller did replace the laptop. but it was almost a 2 1/2 month process. Buy a Dell; they're much sturdier.

Love this computer
I bought this to use in my digital photography and design classes for college and it was worth every penny. Customer service was awesome! The laptop didn’t come with the pen in the package, they sent it out immediately and I received it 2 days later. Would highly recommend this seller!

So, so!
Rather cumbersome to carry; performance not particularly exceptional or worse than those in its category. Battery life is good and charges fairly fast. The sound quality is average; and the screen is okay for size and resolution. Overall value for money is okay. But I won't choose it again.

Love the laptop but warranty repairs one month out are a pain
I got this new laptop less than a month ago. I tried the webcam for the first time yesterday. It was blurry and half of the image was blacked out. I tried all the usual things - - - reboot, check camera settings, wipe and clean the lens - - - nothing worked. I scanned the QR on the back of the laptop and got connected right away with Lenovo support. I was impressed. The rep asked permission to take control of my laptop, did a bunch of troubleshooting, asked me to take photos of the lens . . . nothing worked. He told me it was a hardware issue and I'd need to ship the laptop back to them for repair. I asked how long it would take and he said "undetermined". They do not provide loaners. This obviously means I would be without a laptop for the entire time they're working on it, and completely at their mercy regarding how long that would be. The rep also told me that they will send me an approval form to sign for costs involved just in case it's not covered under warranty. I asked how it could be less than a month old and not covered by the warranty. He said it was just a standard form to sign. It just felt wrong that I was the one that would be inconvenienced when it was their product that was defective. The rep opened a case for me and I asked if I could take a couple of days to try to source another remedy. I called Amazon. In true Amazon form, they came through like champs. Full return, full refund and I can just purchase another laptop of my choosing. I've already done so. The new one arrives tomorrow, and I will keep this current one for several days so I can transfer all my files from one to another. Still a pain - - - I'd just gotten this new one set up the way I want - - - but Amazon has once again proven why they are the leaders in customer service and customer support. Oh, and btw, call me a glutton for punishment, but I purchased this same laptop again as my replacement because I loved it. Pros: Fast, lots of memory, number pad (which I surprisingly use a lot), nice clarity and very comfortable using as a tablet with the included pen. Cons: Only 2 usb ports. My mouse dongle is in one of them all the time, so that leaves me with only 1 for external drives. If I want to transfer to/from/or between 2 drives, I need to either take my mouse dongle out, or use a usb hub. I will definitely test the camera the day I get it too, but I do like that the camera lens cover is built in. I had to buy a stick on lens cover for my previous laptop.
