I use buttermilk for marinating, making bread etc. Good quality and leaves a favourable taste. Chicken marinaded in buttermilk, makes the chicken very tender, even when turned into chicken nuggets.

I used the product to make scones and before adding the product to my other scone ingredients I decided to taste it (as this is the first time I used it). I tasted it and really liked the taste, so I mixed up a glass to drink. I mix it with milk, not water. You could use water, whole milk, skimmed milk to reconstitute it, but mixed with milk it reminded me of my childhood. I'll be buying this product again.... and again.....and again.
