Does what it says on the tin…box.So first things first the kit arrived missing a few parts but due to buying another kit with the same parts just a different seller I was able to get the built into the tank version. At first glance this is a complex build however following through the instruction book makes it really easy and fun to build. I do not have kids, but when I do they will get their own kits as I am not sharing.When I contacted the email on the box about the missing parts they made it really easy and simply asked for a list of the parts that were missing to get them sent out. PERFECT customer service!The one odd thing is the controller, it’s really easy to use HOWEVER, the direction control switches need to be set with the left one in the backward position and the right switch fully forwards, otherwise your bot will happily spin in circles.The app VERY to use! Simply download the app and open it. And you can either follow the instructions in the app OR just tap on the device you want to connect to and tap control, then tap the Bluetooth symbol and as long as the control unit is turned on it will connect in app so no need to worry about trying to pair it to your phone. I have added photos on the tank, the way I found the control needs to be set and the app screen shots.

Not being interested in the B and C models of this, I wanted it for the Wall-E build, visually it does not disappoint. It looks good and has nice little detail touches, the stickers help with that also.The arms are limited to up and down movement only, this could possibly be fixed with a small modification to the shoulders, they also are very loose so don't stay up. His claw hands are very loose, they do not stay open, they constantly flop shut, so posing these parts is almost impossible.The powered unit is one enclosed box, no individual motors, it looks very cheap and basic. It has a built in battery that you have to connect before you can use, it is rechargable, but as there is no usb port on the unit, you have to disconnect the battery, take it out and connect it to the supplied cable which can then be plugged into a usb port to charge. Not ideal, but it does the job I guess.While it looks good and the technic parts are a reasonable quality, I feel the price is a little high for what there is. If you love Wall-E though and want a building kit at a fairish price, then get it.

I didn’t expect too much of it but: an Absolute brilliant thing to build and it being remote controlled is a great bonus! Kids (and grown ups) loved it. We obvs made the walle version.

I bought this for my 6 year old Grandson who is a Lego fanatic. Fantastic product, great fun to build and to play with afterwards. Works well with the remote or via the app.Unfortunately the battery charger failed after the first charge. I contacted Customer Support via email . They responded promptly and after clarifying the product number they immediately dispatched a replacement. It arrived in under 2 weeks (coming from China) along with some additional extra parts. Great Customer Support. Thanks.

After completing an extensive build of the robot, the USB charger fell apart as it was taken out of the box to charge the battery. On contacting Amazon, the only way this could be resolved is by sending the whole product back for a refund. This is a ridiculous option when it has taken nearly 4 hours to build.

Not opened but looks very good , bought for a Christmas present so cannot comment on hiw the construction or performance went , USB charging so no batteries

Got this as a gift, they loved the wall-e film, so this was a no trainer.Very easy to build, just like lego, but without the logo on the bricks.Quite nippy for what it is.Either way, it was a big hit.
