Not at all what you expect it to be. Very disappointing
I received my first bottle of this and it appears from the manufacturer, the sealed metal cap was not seated properly and the sauce was exposed to open air. After getting a second bottle, it dawned on me that this is not necessarily oyster sauce but flavored oyster sauce. The flavor is NOTHING like real oyster sauce that’s common and used in Asian cooking. In addition, you’ll probably find this much cheaper at a local asian grocery store, so probably best to look locally first. Avoid this like the plague and go buy real oyster sauce.
