I would recommend these gummies - 3 a day - as it may be slow but there is a definite improvement in my knees.

These capsules are real easy to swallow no after taste and no odour.I have been taking them for a few months now and certainly feel better.

I suffer with stomach issues and can't process dairy very well to have probiotic yoghurt. These tablets have been great, and work well with my other tablets (digestives enzymes). Good value for money, 1 tablet per day, 60 day supply.

Awfully sugary. Covered in sugar - the pictures doesn't show that the gummies are completely sugar coated. Very disappointed- will not buy again

After taking a standard probiotic daily, I found that not much was happening with my gut health, I'd still feel bloating and regular gas from ibs and often gut inflammation. I switched to these and I've already noticed something interesting and a bit grim, I'm able to pass stool easier and more regularly, after doing a bit of research I found that this is a great way to know that the prebiotic+probiotic combination is working well. I'm not sure if the previous brand needed a prebiotic or whether they just weren't working at all but I can say for sure these ones really work. They are tasteless and come in plastic capsules that are easy to swallow and as they are one a day, they're really good value!
