Is it reversible clip?

After a few days the clip is warped, not coming unattached. The screws holding it down are glued on, and round in the center. Is this defective?

How do you close the blade?

This knife has a liner lock. It’s closed by pressing the lock one side of the liner near the blade and folding the blade closed.

after a few days, the clip went from being really tight and doing a good job of holding the knife in my pocket to super loose. Is this normal?

It is always recommended to put a little locktite on the screws, as with constant use it puts strain on the clip.
